An exciting visit to discover the ancient Sardinian dairy tradition.
A journey to discover the history and secrets of Sardinian pecorino and caprini. During the visit we will show you the different production phases, from the entrance and the analysis on the milk, to the different recipes, the salting in brine tanks, the ricotta, the seasoning and finally the preparation, packaging and shipping, in the places where the Pecorini Sardi are born , they grow and rest to restore the scents of the pastures of our territory.
The guests will then be involved in a cheesemaking laboratory, held by our experts, in which they will be involved in the preparation of the cheese in a traditional way, with the possibility of creating their own cheese and tasting it or taking it with them.
An educational and experiential experience that will allow you to discover the secrets of cheese making and its process step by step, from the coagulation of milk to shaping and salting.
Fun and educational workshop for both adults and children.
The guests will then be transformed into master Casari for a day, with the delivery of a certificate as a souvenir.
