Berta was amazing. She was passionate about the information she relayed to us. She took her time and made every one in the group feel engaged and important! I can not recommend her enough!

Very efficient and organised trip to Florence. All on time and on return, we were dropped off directly at ship due to rain. Tomaso was a big help.

Florence is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. However our coach parked near the Train Station which was quite a walk to the center. The guide raced ahead all the time making it difficult to keep up, I asked him to slow down a bit but it didn't improve. He pointed out plenty of shops, markets but gave little info about the beautiful statues we were passing. when in the main cultural center we were told to have a wander around and recommended the cafe for best hot chocolate! 17,800 steps done that day so if like me your are in your 70s be aware of the activity level required.

A bit disorganised at the shuttle exit point. The transfer took about 80 mins and the guide then asked for extra 5 Euro per person for a 90 min walkabout. Unfortunately her talks were too quietly spoken to be heard clearly.

We were having such a lovely day until we got lost in Pisa and had to take a taxi back to the port in Livorna. The last ones on the ship. VERY stressful. The directions back to the bus were ‘remember how you came.’ And we will not wait for you. We didn’t allow enough time to wonder around for half an hour looking for the bus. Don’t take this tour unless you’re prepared to spend an extra $100 for a taxi.

Frederic (Kiko) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and his recommendations were amazing. In the first stop we fell a little behind and he came and searched for us to make sure we didn’t get left.

Excellent company. Our ship could not dock at port due to the high winds. However, the company honoured the tickets the following day with no problems. The guide on the bus was informative and friendly. Would highly recommend the Tuscany bus company, this is the third time we have used them on over the past 8 years.

Our ship was delayed due to weather and they honored our trip for the next day at no cost to us! The people were professional and very helpful. Easy to find and navigate. They all spoke English well. A great way to safely get into city and back to boat. The lines are long to see David but we didn’t feel we could book tickets ahead of time due to being on ship time. The “food court” in the market area was delicious and amazing. Fair prices for delicious food, wine, and gelato. We highly recommend this company.

Great experience. Lots of ground & sites to cover in a relatively short time, but Marina was an excellent guide. Very conscientious, always carefully ensuring we were kept in the loop — what we’d be doing, what we were seeing and what we’d seen. Highly recommended.

We had the BEST time on this excursion. KIKO is a phenomenal tour guide that goes over and above his duties. He was extremely personable, caring, funny and genuine. KIKO took such great care of the entire tour bus group from the beginning to the end. You can pay an extra 5 Euros per person to get a private tour of Florence with him. Afterwards he will take you to a lovely Italian restaurant for lunch and walk you back to the bus, before heading to Pisa. I strongly suggest you do this as he will take you to the important spots and give you lots of information. He will also give you time to take photos and explore certain areas for 10-20 minutes. You can tell when someone loves their job, and he certainly does which makes the experience that much better. If you are lucky enough, you just might get dropped off at your ship straight from Pisa instead of having to shuttle back from Livorno. KIKO is also very passionate about music. He plays multiple instruments and writes songs. If you're also lucky enough, he just might serenade the tour bus group at the end of your day. Our tour guide Kiko was excellent. His service to us was outstanding. His knowledge was excellent. It has been a brilliant tour . Kiko was funny and shared jokes too, made us feel at ease. We had a brilliant day in Florence and pisa. Would definitely recommend Shore Experience and would definitely use again. Thank you Kiko for a fantastic day, 5 stars from the Bakers. Fantastic tour, the tour was very well organized we left the ship at 9 the tour started in Livorno town centre at 10.15 bothe the the girls who led the tour were brilliant as was the bus driver. The food tasting was amazing and the timing was perfect. I would highly recommend this tour as it was great value Virginia was a very informative guide and really helpful!
