Me and my mother went on a trip to Zurich. And we decided to go on this guided tour of the city. We were assigned a really nice guide named Daniel. He was very talkative and just a pleasure to be around in general. He explained everything perfectly and has everybody attention. Give that guy a raise

This was a full day of beautiful sites. It would have been better in a clear day because the alps were not visible with all the clouds. The boat was rather crowded but otherwise a fun time with drinks available. Fun to see the mountain cows while going down in train. Great soup up at the top of the mountain. Very cold! Bring a jacket! Suggestion is go on a clear day.

Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was well organized and the tour guide was very knowledgeable!

We did the Mt Pilatus and Lucerne day trip. Really great day, would highly recommend. Our guide Gaida was brilliant and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was very well organised and trip was stunnning.

We really enjoyed all the rides and the coolness outside was superb. We really enjoyed the zipline which was very high where we needed to climb a ladder to get on the zip line and we could feel the coolness when we were on it. The ride from the bus to jaunfrajouch was very comfortable but the journey was long. We passed by many beautiful sceneries which were eye catching and can be called the best views.

Great trip from Zurich, not too long on the coach. The stop in Lucerne was a little underwhelming as everything apart from church’s & cafes were closed on a Sunday. Mount Pilatus is stunning and the boat trip was an perfect ending as we could sit relax and have a beer..

Around 5,000 people per day visit the top so it will be crowded. The tour group was a full buss, half coming from Zurich and half boarding from Interlaken. Pick up 10:45 and return around 18:00 to Interlaken. One guide explains in English and one guide in Chinese. Personally I would have preferred Chinese being in another bus - simply because hearing constant translation entire day is almost giving headache as the trip itself is also long and tiring. Any peace and quiet along the way would have allowed micro pauses and breathing room. 2 h at the top was too short. The full walk is 1,5 h and then only allows 30 min to eat. We went straight to the fancy resto and there was a queue to enter. The food was basic, no salad. After we rushed the walk but you will mainly be in queues. Best option is however to be part of this group as queue time is minimized and you have guaranteed seats and priority boarding to the cog train. Views cannot be guaranteed as it is usually cloudy. We have splendid weather and magnificent view - literally breathtaking. The gondola was super fun. All in all a great experience but too many people.

Wonderful time enjoying a leisurely day in Lucern. We saw comments regarding the length of the stay at the location, we took full advantage of the time. When we first arrived we sat and enjoy coffee at a cut cafe by the lake. We walked around exploring without feeling rushed. We had a magnificent meal for lunch at Wolf Burger & Steak Bar. Explored some more. Sat and ate some amazing gelato at Amorino. Our tour guide was wonderful and gave information of soundings while traveling. The day is what you make it.

This is hands down the best group tour we've ever been on! It was extremely well organized and the experience was the highlight of all of our 10 person group 11 day Europe Trip! Highly Recommend!

So, Zurich is cool and all.... but that Chocolate Museum just did the trick. My diabetes appreciates all the free tasting. Oh, and the river cruise was also really cool.

Enjoyed trip, beautiful village. Good way to spend a sunday as everything in Zurich is closed. Roads not busy. I would have expected more history and details on sites we were driving past and also more details on the amazing history of the village and village life.

The city tour was quite good and a little Old Town walking tour. The cruise was nice and Lindt was the highlight. So much great chocolate. They do mention that you take public transit back from Lindt. This very easy and they give you a 24 hour pass.

We spent one of our days in Switzerland visiting Rhine Falls, and it did not disappoint. It has multiple levels with multiple viewing spots for plenty of great views and pictures. I would highly recommend setting aside an afternoon to visit. Plus, after you've had a picturesque stroll through the levels, you can stop for a cold beverage before you go!

Sandra our guide was great! She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She also got us through the lines of tourists to the gondola and train. After the Staubbach Falls Sandra suggested a quaint restaurant reached by cable car! It was wonderful! 4 stars only because snow and fog blocked views of the mountains at Jungfraujoch.

The trip was very comfortable and informative. Our guide Giada was very engaging and friendly. The trip was on time and packed with sights to see.
