A very nice experience if you are short of time and you can have a taste of each place, as a Catholic I would have loved to spend more time at Fatima, Batalha is not very interesting, it was Ok how long we stayed, Nazare is a town in not very good conditions but it has great views, so it’s worth it. Obidos impressed me, a great place. If I come back some time, I would go to Fatima and Obidos only! The lunch at Fatima was a very good buffet, the bus is kind of crowded, but if I wanted to be more confortable, I would have paid a more expensive tour. Special thanks to our guide Dorita and the driver! Good team!!!

This is a very long day of interesting stops and history lessons with many photo ops on a cool and comfortable bus. Well organized with excellent guide commentary. Delicious smorgasbord all-you-can-eat buffet in a good hotel with wine.
I was astonished at what I saw at Our Lady Of Fatima site. People knee crawling down a hill about a mile to "the exact spot" where it happened and created what is said to be the fourth biggest catholic pilgrimage site in the world: the apparitions of Virgin Mary to three little shepherds in 1917 over a period of months,

Our tour guide gave good history of this and the other sites. I had signed up to see the famouse lighthouse at Nazare where the BIG waves are surfed, but, alas, no waves, only sunshine and a beautiful beach.
Obidos Castle has been around since the Moorish era and is worth seeing if you still crave looking at a complex and beautiful Cathedral (personally, I've been there and done that). Batalha is a magnificent example of flying buttresses etc. Alternatively, you can sit on a bench in the shade and enjoy the good outdoor wifi to check your email and grab a bite and drink nearby.

We had a fantastic day with Andrea and Monica, the trip was very well organised with a very knowledgeable tour guide and we were amazed at the number of languages that Monica did the tour in.
Andrea is a fantastic coach driver and we felt extremely safe in her hands.
The trip was well worth it, and we were so glad that we chose to do this tour rather than attempt to self drive it.

The locations are worth visiting, no doubt, however in this trip we spent far too much time in an unimpressive restaurant in Fatima for no reason. As a result, there was insufficient time to visit and enjoy the other locations in the programme. Not clear why the order of visited places was reverted compared to what prospected in the itinerary i.e. Obidos first, then a longer stop in Nazaré with time for lunch, after Batalha and finally Fatima. The tour guide was fine but his counting of number of passengers in the bus was often inaccurate thus at every stop we risked to leave someone behind.

This was honestly the worst tour I've ever been on. It started with inaccurate check-in instructions being sent before we even got on the bus, which caused us to almost miss the tour entirely. In hindsight, we wish we would have missed it. Nothing about this was an informational tour. This was literally a bus that took us to different locations with a guide in the front that told us where the bus was stopping and how long we had. This is also not an all English speaking tour, which means you have to listen to the guide say the same thing in several languages with English smooshed somewhere in the middle. So we had to listen very hard for when she switched from one language to the next even though we had no idea what she was saying. The stops also seemed odd and random, like the 'gift shop' in Fatima that was a huge waste of time. I'm assuming this was just really intended as a bathroom break. The lunch was also pretty flavorless and unimpressive. My traveling companion and I ended up just finding restaurants at each stop and sipped on wine until it was time to leave again. Which, by the way, often wasn't clear so we had to ask others. Most of whom were also confused. If you're hoping to see these places while visiting Portugal, it would be worth it to rent a car for the day and just drive yourself.

The sights were amazing with the best being the medieval city of Obisos & look out at Nazare.
Unfortunately this was all spoilt by over packed bus making the trip incredibly uncomfortable. The guide was not that helpful & provided limited information with no reference points provided to review if you missed something. Much of the commentary could not be heard over children watching YouTube videos & others talking on their phones (I would recommend a rule of no phone that others can hear ie must wear earphones to have sound on). We resorted to a guide book as not all information provided in a way that could be understood.
As will most large group bus tours there are always the late comers which makes everyone frustrated & delays the trip. These are large scale impersonal tours.
The first stop at “factory” was redundant & question the need when all other locations had accessible food & shopping.
The lunch was delicious with great range of items for everyone’s taste.

Three languages so a lot of time was spent waiting for your language and that left little time to explore. Too much time was spent in Fatima and also too much time was spent waiting for people who were late returning to the bus. Because we went to Fatima first (not last like the itinerary implies) we had a very short, rushed time at the other locations. The instructions given by the guide were confusing. She rushed off without clear instructions and didn't have an easy way for us to follow (no red flag or other visible sign).

The tour is not high end for the price you pay. It’s not geared towards English speakers. There were no approximate times provided by the guide to be back on the bus at each of the four stops so we waited 10-25 minutes at every stop. Then my friend and I were 6 minutes late at last stop and the guide screamed at both of us as we boarded the bus. She didn’t do that to any of the older, non-English speaking passengers earlier in the day. STAY AWAY from this company if you want to enjoy your vacation!

The guide was very verse in all 4 different languages. She took us to historical places with nice shops in different cities like Obidos and Fatima. Our lunch was satisfying at the fisherman's village with a fresh fish caught for the day. Fatima is very holy and we were able to attend a mass and have articles blessed.

The tour is great, the places are great and the travel is all good.
The food is average, they take to a hotel with a buffet but you better use your money elsewhere. Don’t get the full package, it doesn’t worth it.

We visited Mosteiros de Alcobaça but not da Batalha. As to Mosteiros de Alcobaça, they don't charge you for the Church. But they charge 6 € for the Monastery.

Usually they pick you up from the hotel you stay. No charge for hotel pick up unless the operator tells you in advance. It is better to make sure where/what time they can pick you up.
