Portuguese Cooking Class in Lisbon with 3-Course Dinner and Portuguese Wine
From US$98.94
Overview
Learn the secrets of Portuguese cuisine at a Lisbon cooking class that combines hands-on cooking and local wine. Nibble olives, chorizo, and bread as you prepare a seasonal 3-course menu with a Portuguese chef to help introduce key techniques and flavors. The evening’s highlight is a traditional feast accompanied by plenty of wine, a fun way to meet fellow food lovers and travelers.
What to Expect
After joining your class in a central Lisbon location, tie on an apron and get ready for an evening of Portuguese cuisine. Wine and a savory spread of appetizers will be served as you begin to prepare a full 3-course menu, including fish, meat, and dessert.
The chef will cook alongside the class throughout the evening, making this is the perfect time to ask questions about local foods and flavors. You’ll learn to use a range of techniques drawn from traditional Portuguese gastronomy, getting hands-on experience with each recipe.
When the meal is ready, sit down to a hearty dinner and more wine, toasting the evening with a group of food-loving travelers.

Great experience

Tomas was a good teacher and was able keep a group of nine happily organized. We all learned some new tips, even the more experienced cooks. Codfish fritters were the best.
