11.00 am : We meet at Onion Athens, start with introductions, have coffee or tea and prepare our shopping list.
11.30 am: We set off to the Athens Central Market to start shopping our ingredients for our recipes.
12.30 pm : We return at at Onion Athens and set the shopping bags.
13.00 pm : We start the preparation of our meze plate. We enjoy our meze with a glass of ouzo to get us into cooking mood
14.00 pm : We start our cooking class. We prepare a salad, a starter and a main dish. We use only fresh and seasonal ingredients of high quality. We cook with extra virgin olive oil. Each person has its own note book with the recipe, culinary tips and is free to keep notes during the class.
15.30 pm: We sit at Onion's dining room and we enjoy our meal together. We combine our meal with Greek wine.
16.30 pm : We prepare dessert and close our meal with a Mastic liquor and Greek yogurt and honey.
17.00 pm : End of cooking class
