    What to Expect
Choose from multiple departure times and tour options. Depending upon the day cruise you choose, you can have 4-hours or 7-hours in Tallinn. Ships on the route are the Tallink Star ferry and the Tallink Megastar ferry.

Your ferry crossing to Tallinn takes only 2-hours. Tickets include entry on board and seating. You can spend your time on board visiting one of the restaurants, shopping at the Traveller Superstore, or enjoying the scenery of the archipelago passing by.

Once you arrive in Tallinn, we recommend visiting the Old Town, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Tallinn D-terminal, or you can take a taxi from the terminal building. You can also experience different museums from the KUMU art museum to the baroque architecture of the Kadriorg Palace.

Inspiration for places to visit (own expense):

Overnight trip Hel-Tll with car, Megastar outbound and Star inbound. The morning ferry was crowded and breakfast very busy. Too many people in the shops. The next day, a less crowded return and more relaxed dinner. Food mediocre at best and some advertised items missing...More

Outbound Ferry great plenty of comfortable seating in quiet lounge. Inbound ferry no lounge seating area. Only seating was in bar or cafes and the noise spoilt this journey.

The ship facilities are excellent and it was an easy way to spend the day in another city. Easy boarding process. Lots of seating options and food venues.
