This was an offensive waste of time and money.

I completely understand that nature can not be controlled or perfectly predicted, but this tour could not care less about whether customers get any value at all. Save your money and drive aimlessly east for better odds and a better deal. Even the luckiest of...More

Worth it but luck of the drawer!

Obviously there are factors outside the tour's control. The weather changes with the click of your fingers. Our guide Steffan was brilliant and explained what we might see and managed our expectations. There was two hours of not a great deal but just as we...More

Thank you SeanPallot91 for your feedback and excellent tips. It is a good reminder to warn about the cold Icelandic Winter nights and the patience needed when standing outdoors for some time. Glad to see that the lights came out before you headed back to...More

Awful experience

We booked this tour before coming out and we received an email saying we would be picked up at 9pm. The email also stated that if the tour was cancelled or changed our hotel would be informed and pass the message on. So at around...More

Thank you AronR98 for writing your review. It is truly unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding with your pickup schedule as we start collecting passengers for all our tours and transfers from hotels 30 minutes prior to the tour departure from our main terminal. If...More

Our bus never showed up and the man answering our inquiry was rude with his response to why.

Myself, my friend, and 2 others strangers on this exact tour from Whales, UK were waiting in the cold, pouring, rain for 1.5 hours for a bus that never showed up for us. We were there at the stop while it was raining since 8:30pm...More

Lucky enough to see the lights but overcrowded

Our guide was good, and enthusiastic, we were lucky enough to see the lights but the number of Grayline coaches in one spot meant hundreds of tourists, some still using flashes on their phones despite being told not to, if you can get on to...More

Thank you Sam P for writing your review. We have seen some adverse weather conditions lately and having to cancel many of our tours due to snowfall, rain and dense cloud cover. Naturally we would have a large number of passengers waiting to go out...More

The bus was a nice coach bus but I don’t think it had a bathroom on board. It’s about an hour drive to the B&B where we wait for the northern lights and they have bathrooms/drinks/food there.

Most definitely does take that long. We left around 7pm from our hotel and got home around 2am, but got to enjoy the northern lights for almost an hour!
