At the arrival, guided by our expert chef, each participant performs the recipe personally and prepares his own tiramisu The chef of Tiramibloom is Giacinta Trivero, top chef France 2017.
The activity is organized as the following:
- welcome and introduction to the activity
- introduction to Italian coffee and preparation of coffee with the traditional "Moka"
- preparation of the cream
- preparation of the tiramisu
- 15 minutes break for cleaning, hand washing etc.
- Tasting of the self made tiramisu
12 am - Free time for lunch and walking tour to St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican, with our tour leader
3 pm - return to Civitavecchia port
