      Amazing Wine & Food Tour
A wonderful tour with amazing guides. We spent a month in Italy and this was the best of all the tours we have taken. The winery was beautiful and we were able to walk through the vineyards -- and even tasted the grapes hanging on the vines! Wine was delicious. After the winery we went into town where Dominque took us on a walking tour of the this quaint Italian town. And then the food began. We stopped at a small food truck for porchetta sandwiches that were amazing. Then walked to a quaint trattoria where we were served the local wine and a 3 course lunch. The best pasta we have ever tasted. Amazing!! After the tour was over Dominque walked with us telling us more about the town of Frascati and how she ended up there from the USA. If you are able, book a tour through Old Frascati Food and Wine. You will not be disappointed and will have an experience you will remember for ever!

      Not to be missed
This Food and Wine tour was so much better than I could have imagined. The information provided was clear and precise re directions where to meet etc When we were introduced to our first guide as past of the wine tour, I was very impressed. Our wonderful guide, Paula, was a family member from the property and vineyard and she was to show us around and do the wine tasting with. The information was excellent as was the awesome venue. We were treated to an underground cave for our white wine tasting and red and dessert wine was outside in the garden. Paula was excellent 👌 👍 Daniella was our awesome guide for the 2nd part of the tour. She was gorgeous and had a great wit about here. An excellent tour, not to be missed

      Not worth it
I expected more in the way of a dinner. It was more like appetizers. We ate outside of a restaurant that had no view. By the description, I expected so much more. I thought the prize was high, considering we had to buy our own round trip train ride.

Amazing tour - lovely guides and well worth the money!
Couldn’t recommend this tour enough! We were met at the station by a driver, who took us straight to the winery with no issues at all. Paola was an excellent guide, who showed us around the winery and made us all feel like family, and the food and wine was delicious! We then went into Frascati town, with another excellent guide, where we met some locals and tried some baked goods. We finished the afternoon with a lovely meal in a restaurant and even more wine! The tour really was great!

Great day tour 30 mins from Rome moscato sweet wine soke
This was a great way to relax and get outside of Rome for a day. We took the metro to Termini. Then we went upstairs and got on the 9:46 Trenitalia train to Frescata Italy which was 20 minutes away. When we arrived we walked out of the station doors and the tour guide was there with a paper asking which guests have arrived. We split into different vans and wound our way up the hillside to the vineyard. There was a 20 minute tour of the vineyard where we learned about the moscato grapes that grow in the volcanic, ashy soil in the area. We then went into the cellar area where we tired one wine. More that we did try one red wine but it wasn’t grown in that region—it was grown somewhere else near Rome. Then we went outside and tried some bread and cheese, and two more glasses of wine. Then the vans came and got us again and took us to Downtown. A tour guide met us there and showed us a bakery and a restaurant. At the restaurant we had bread, cheese, charcuterie, and a plate with gnocchi and a red sauce pasta. It is only a 5 minute walk back to the train station from the restaurant. Most people in our group took the 3:36 pm train back to Rome. The trains leave very hour at 36 minutes past the hour. There is only one train platform and all trains go to Rome— So you can’t mess it up. Trains run until 9:36pm which is the last train of the night. There are shops here but they are CLOSED from 1-4pm which is most of Europe.

Classic Half-Day Wine Tour in Frascati my best recommendation.
12 friends had a wonderful trip to Frascati. Very interesting to see and learn about wine production, nice guided tour of the city and a brilliant lunch afterwards. All communication with Dominique was good. A very professional arrangement, but still absolutely personal! I give the Classic Half-Day Wine Tour in Frascati my best recommendation.

Wonderful day just outside of Rome
This was a wonderful tour and a nice and much-needed break from the crowds in Rome. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for something a little more off the beaten path.

Outstanding 16th Century Artisanal Frascati Winery
Visiting the 16th century artisanal winery in Frascati was a truly wonderful experience! An amazing day right from the start. When we arrived at the winery, an exuberant Paola greeted us with open arms and made us feel extremely welcomed. She was well detailed in explaining the origins/history of the winery and included many personal, family stories. The setting was wonderful and was very relaxing. Exploring the cave was fascinating and we tasted the first out of three delicious wines there. After the cave, we were escorted to an outdoor setting among the olive trees where we tasted two more wines. Cheeses, breads, and wine cookies were served as well. After the vineyard tour, we then went into the charming town of Frascati where we walked with our guide, Joanna, who had a bubbly personality. She showed us the local sites with a great wealth of knowledge. We were eventually escorted to a quaint restaurant, Osteria Dell'Olmo, where the food, wine, and comradery with the other guests and owner (wish I recalled his name!) was outstanding. Our driver, Marco, was prompt and was a safe driver. Lastly don't want to forget the family dog, Orzo I believe was his name, who was as friendly as can be. This was definitely a favorite, personalized experience while visiting Rome. Everything was top notch!
