I highly recommend using GFP travel for booking your trip to Poland. We were a large family group of 15 people, ranging from 4 months to 60 years old. I knew we’d need help navigating this trip and Tomasz was excellent in this regard. He helped us customize the trip based on our wants/needs. He was always quick to respond through the planning process and then made sure we had all the pertinent information once it came time for the trip. This was a bucket list trip to see the Christmas markets and Tomasz made sure we were seeing all the best ones! Our guides in Poland were all amazing - but especially Rafal. He was so patient with our group, which was not always easy. He never made our kids feel like an inconvenience. We hope to return to see more of Poland one day and will 100% book with GFP and request our favorite guide, Rafal (aka pancake 😊).

Our 6 day Poland tour with GFP Travel was excellent. Our driver/tour guide Rafal provided excellent service throughout our tour - he was responsive to our needs and also provided great insights and info on the sites we were touring during our trip. I would highly recommend him if you’re planning a visit to Poland. Our hotel in Krakow was not great so we ended up moving to the Radisson on our own dime, but otherwise the trip was excellent and informative.

My wife and I were on a GFP private tour. We were pleased with every aspect of our trip. It was great working with Tomasz in the planning stage. While touring Poland the hotels were conveniently located and comfortable. Our local guides were very informative and personable, tailoring their presentation to our particular interests. Great tour company: Tomasz was very prompt and efficient with details and communication. Rafal was a competent and knowledgeable driver and guide. He was passionate about his country and wanted to share it with his clients. He went above and beyond to make our trip special. I think we all parted not only as satisfied customers, but as friends. All local guides were also friendly, spoke English fluently, were well versed and knowledgeable in their area of expertise.

I have always wanted to visit my ancestral villages in Poland, so a Google Search led me to the Greetings from Poland website and their fantastic reviews. It seemed too good to be true, but our tour was everything we had hoped for and more. Tomasz at GFP and I emailed each other many times, and he created a full day itinerary that took my wife and I to four beautiful villages between Krakow and Rzeszow. Our guide was the delightful Rafal, who safely drove us to all the villages, studied our family history documents, and took us to ancestors houses, churches, and cemeteries. He tenaciously questioned villagers, school teachers, and priests, who were all very friendly and helpful. We even met a 97 year old “cousin” who knew my grandmother! Since we had never been to Poland and don’t speak Polish, Rafal’s assistance was absolutely essential in getting us to the villages and talking to the locals, since none of them spoke English. We made Krakow old town our home base and are enjoying its charm and beauty as well. If you have always wanted to visit Poland, especially if you wish to discover your Polish roots, GFP is a great choice!

My husband and I took a 9 day customized tour of Poland. The trip truly was the best trip we've ever been on. Our tour of Poland turned out to be much more meaningful and beautiful than we could have ever expected. The tours were thorough and informative and every stop was well worth our time. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated having our guide, Maks, with us. He transported us around safely, recommended excellent restaurants and even took us to several places that weren't on the itinerary. We plan to go back sometime and we are already talking about what parts of Poland we want to see next and what areas we would like to return to. When we do, we will not hesitate to use GFP Travel again.

I have traveled all over the world and this was the best experience I have had. My husband and I recently came back from an amazing custom 12 day tour of Poland. Tomasz did an excellent job organizing an itinerary that spanned Warsaw, Krakaw, Zakopane, Torun and Gdansk with side trips to Auschwitz and the Salt mines. Our driver Luke was with us the whole time and provided excellent service..he was knowledgable, prompt and catered to our every need. He also was vital in organizing our bike trip in Zakopane and even volunteered to ride my bike up a few hills that were just too steep for me! Our favorite museum was The Polin. I highly recommend Greetings from Poland. They will provide and comprehensive tour of a fabulous country!

I booked a private guide to Borek Stary, a small village east of Krakow. Our guide Rafal Kisielewski was absolutely fantastic. We had hoped to just get a "feel" for my grandmother's village because she left in 1913. Rafal questioned townspeople who then helped us in our quest. We found a family member, a cousin (several times removed) who took us to the family cemetery. We also found the general area where her home had been. Rafal just didn't give up hunting for us and the townspeople were so friendly, spending hours with us! I highly recommend this company.

This was our first trip abroad and we decided to take the tour with GFP. We would highly recommend this type of tour, particularly if you have no idea where to go. GFP did a private custom tour with a dedicated driver at each of the cities we went to. Drivers were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure we had a once in a lifetime experience! Booking on line was extremely easy and Tomasz was totally responsive to our every need.

We highly recommend that if you are going to Poland and want to do something out of the ordinary (or maybe within the ordinary) that you look no further than GFP-Travel. We were a family of six. All four of are children are young adults. We wanted to go off the beaten path to explore some parts of Poland. Tomasz (owner of GFP) was able to put our ideas into a workable plan. He was able to plan our meals; excursions; accommodations; and make sure we went to the places we wanted to see in Poland. Everything was top notch. Tomasz was easy to email and he responded quickly. We had two drivers while in Poland. Rafal and Wojtek executed Tomasz's well laid plans perfectly. Both were excellent drivers and we had some great conversations with both of them. Each was very knowledgeable about Poland. Anytime we wanted to stop or change something both were accommodating. The vehicle was always clean and was very comfortable for all 6 of us. It is without any reservations that I highly recommend GFP travel. We would definitely use GFP in the future.

Hello Tomasz, I just want to take a moment to thank you and your amazing team of drivers and guides for your very well planned and organized Krakow region tours that you set up for my family of ten people including my four young grandchildren. Your team of drivers and guides including Rafal, Michal, Tarek, Marek and Lucas were outstanding. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, timely, attentive to our needs, and extremely flexible to changes. As you know, on the second day our tours we planned to go to Zakopane and the Tatra mountains and spend the full day there. Due to rain and heavy fog that day, we were not going to be able to see everything we had planned for the day. After spending 4 hours in the Zakopane area, we needed to find something fun to do indoors for the grandchildren and the rest of us. Your recommendation to stop at the thermal water park on the way back to Krakow was a great idea. We all thoroughly enjoyed the water park addition. My grandchildren still talk about how much they enjoyed that day of our trip. We are especially thankful to Rafal and the driver for being so flexible and waiting for over 4 hours in the parking area while we all swam. I know it was a much longer day than they had planned. Thank you also for the recommendations of other things we could do on our own in Krakow area with the grandchildren and restaurant recommendations. A last minute trip that was amazing. From the initial meet and greet to hopping on the final train, the itinerary was seamless, thanks Tomasz.. we varied the itinerary a bit to fit in with our overall trip and this was easily accommodated by Tomasz. The hotels varied a bit, but all were good. They were central so we walked a lot, but the public transport is easy to access and even I worked out how to pay easily. The guides, of course, made the trip. They are all different, but all were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much. Poland is a very interesting place to visit and see, we would be happy to stay longer. It’s friendly and relaxed and feels very safe. Next time I would try to avoid arriving at Modlin airport as it is so far out, but that didn’t trouble our guide Jola who came to meet us. The best city? Sorry, that’s just too hard. I highly recommend GFP Travel for your trip to Poland! My husband has a degree in Holocaust studies, and he realized he really needed to visit the Auschwitz concentration camp. We decided to book GFP Travel's tour, “Tracing WWIl History in Poland." It was amazing! All of our guides and drivers were native Poles who spoke excellent English and knew so much about WWll history, and it was also interesting to talk with them about how Poland is today. Auschwitz was so intense and so heartbreaking, but I'm glad we visited, because you can't even begin to imagine to scale of the horrors until you visit it for yourself. Our guide in Warsaw, Jacek, drove us all around Warsaw, was so nice and taught us so much, and our guides/ drivers in Krakow — Lukas, Robert, etc. — were so great, too. They were all well-informed and very helpful, and so was Tomasz in the GFP office. Lukas even took us to a wondertul roadside sausage restaurant between Auschwitz and Krakow that we never would have known about on our own. Thank you so much for an amazing journey, GFP Travel!
