Our trip to the Blue Mountains was great! The bus was about 30 minutes late but we still had a full day trip and got back around 5pm. We got to see multiple sites and really enjoyed the hike to the waterfall. It was an active day with lots of stairs and hiking but for those who enjoy outdoor exercise it was perfect! The sandwich lunch was DELICIOUS and the stops at the small towns were delightful.

The weather turned very cold and rainy so make sure to bring a rain jacket and a change of clothes so you don't spend the rest of the bus ride home in wet clothes!

This was our favorite activity during our stay in Sydney! Tom was excellent; he kept the timing of the day feeling relaxed but on schedule, answered all of our questions, and was witty and funny to boot. We learned a lot of Australian lingo, saw some beautiful sites, and enjoyed a hike and swim. This tour ticked all the boxes of what we wanted to do and see in the Blue Mountains and then some. The sandwich lunch was excellent after the hike and we even got to feed some cockatoos! We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend a daytrip in the Blue Mountains during their stay in Sydney.

Tommy gave us a great tour of the blue mountains and seeing the waterfall was well worth the climb down and back up. The sandwich for lunch was delicious. Feeding the cockatoos was a fun extra treat.

This tour takes you out of Sydney about an hour’s drive on a bus that holds 24 passengers. Our guide, Tommy Dithers, had a lively and social personality, and threw in a game or two that helped the time fly by. We had a few stops along the way in both directions, which allowed us to feed a big flock of cockatiels, in addition to seeing the main highlights of the day, including viewing the three sisters (intriguing rock formations) and swimming in a big fresh water pond/lake. We hiked up and down a lot of stairs to visit the Wentworth Falls, and our legs were like jelly when we finished. We had no idea of the beauty that the Blue Mountains holds. Very lush forest with beautiful views atop Table Mountain.

It was a long day, hit and humid, so just be aware of the weather forecast before you head out. And, by the way, you must bring a swim suit for the waterhole swim. I didn’t and regretted it because I missed out on some great swimming.

Tommy made the trip very enjoyable for all.
