    This evening, dine in the desert under a million stars at the awardwinning Sounds of Silence Dinner. As the sun sets, listen to the sound of a didgeridoo and join your fellow travellers for an unforgettable dining experience. Enjoy a gourmet buffet of Australian delicacies accompanied by fine Australian wines, then sit back and relax as a star talker takes you on a tour of the night sky (weather conditions permitting).

    Day 2: Uluru

    Stop At: Uluru Rd, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory 0872 Australia
    Rise early and travel into Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park. Enjoy a warming tea, coffee or hot chocolate as the dawn creeps across the desert plain and lights up Uluru
    Duration: 1 hour

    Stop At: Kata-Tjuta Dunes Viewing Area, Petermann NT 0872, Australia
    Enjoy a panoramic view of the southern side of Kata Tjuta from the Dune Viewing platform. Uluru can also be easily seen on the distant horizon from this lookout.Your Driver Guide will provide insight into the history and geology of this ancient land

    Stop At: Walpa Gorge, Petermann NT 0872, Australia
    On arrival at Kata Tjuta, spend time exploring Walpa Gorge, following the path between two of the tallest domes, to a lush oasis in the desert
    Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes

    Stop At: Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, Lasseter Highway, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory Australia
    Visit the Uluru–Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre – explore the Tjukurpa tunnel and read about the history, and flora and fauna of the park
    Duration: 45 minutes

    Stop At: Kuniya Walk, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory Australia
    Join your Driver Guide for a short walk to the Mutitjulu Waterhole at the base of Uluru. View ancient rock art and hear stories of traditional Anangu life. Learn the Tjukurpa (creation) story of Kuniya and Liru.
    Duration: 1 hour

    Stop At: Uluru Sunset Viewing Area, Mutitjulu NT 0872, Australia
    Later, travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area, and relax with sparkling wine as the sun sets over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the myriad shades of colour for which Uluru is renowned.

    What a great experience! Bubbles and canopes on the dune, watching the sunset over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. Dinner in the open overlooking the Field of Lights. Didgeredoo playing and a great astronomy talk - where better to see the stars than at Uluru. Great...More

    Considering the remote location, the food served as good. Service excellent, wine pouring of decent Australian wines generous. Fabulous night sky with a knowledgeable interpreter. Worth the cost.
