We really enjoyed the trip there and even saw whales in way out and back from pontoon. Amazing experience. Crew were professional and helpful. Wes, in particular, was really great.
Make your own way to the port at either Airlie Beach or Hamilton Island. Traveling aboard a high-speed catamaran, set sail across the Coral Sea and enjoy dramatic views of the Whitsunday Islands and the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Great Barrier Reef along the way.
Arrive at the Reefworld pontoon, anchored along the Hardy Reef, where you’ll have four hours to spend at your leisure. Dive in to swim and snorkel, cruise around the coral gardens on a semi-submersible submarine, or spot tropical fish and marine life from the underwater observatory. Morning and afternoon tea, and a delicious buffet lunch, are also included.
For an even more memorable experience, sign up for one of the many optional activities, such as a guided snorkeling or scuba diving excursion, a thrilling helicopter flight over the reef, or even a relaxing massage.
After a day discovering the reef, cruise back to Airlie Beach or Hamilton Island, where your tour ends.

Recently went on the tour with family visiting from Ireland and we were extremely impressed with the tour. We went from Hamilton island for the full day trip. One bit of advice is make sure you bring sea sickness tablets. They do provide some on...More

Thank you for reviewing Cruise Whitsundays. I am happy to hear that the crew and equipment were up to a high standard. I can see from the day that you travelled there were high winds and it can be quite bumpy past the protection of...More
Flew out by helicopter but the return trip was on the catamaran operated by Cruise Whitsundays. A good lunch was provided on board and good to see that drinks weren't overpriced. Comfortable vessel with indoor and good outdoor seating on the upper decks. Good trip....More
