Overview
Spend the day in nature during this full-day tour of Phillip Island. Look out for koalas at the Koala Conservation Centre and visit the Churchill Island Heritage Farm. Get up close to the small penguins of the island during the ‘Penguin Parade’ as they come back to shore from a day of swimming.
What to Expect

Meet your guide at Federation Square and begin your journey south. Head to Churchill Island Heritage Farm and take in the scenic views of the rolling countryside. Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea with scones, jams, and cream—at your own expense—before heading to the Koala Conservation Centre.

Once arriving, walk across the elevated boardwalk and search for koalas in their natural habitat. Most will be asleep or chewing the leaves of the eucalyptus tree.

The final stop is the ‘Penguin Parade’ on Summerland Beach. Watch as the small penguins make their way back to their burrows from a day of swimming. Enjoy a complimentary drink while waiting for the little guys to begin their waddle.

On the way back to your hotel, stop along the way to enjoy a quick bite to eat—not included—and talk to your fellow nature-lovers about the adventures of the day.

Informative, fun day

The tour was well structured, quite informative and we feel we were allowed enough time for different locations which we went, and the driver had a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend this tour.
