Overview
Spend the day in the Yarra Valley, one of Australia’s premier wine regions, sipping local wines and sampling gourmet foods on this guided tour from Melbourne. Visit several boutique wineries enjoying a main course lunch with a glass of wine at one of the wineries, an artisanal cheese producer, and even a local brewery for a beer or cider. And don’t neglect your sweet tooth—your decadent wine country day includes delicious sweets at a local chocolate and ice cream shop.
What to Expect

Meet your guide in front of Melbourne’s St. Paul’s Cathedral and enjoy a comfortable air-conditioned bus ride to Yarra Valley. Begin the tour with wine tastings at two vineyards while learning all about the winemaking process and the region from your guide. Enjoy a main course lunch with a glass of wine at one of the wineries.

Next, head to Yarra Valley Dairy to sample some of their gourmet cheeses, jams, and honey.

Visit your last winery for a final tasting before indulging your sweet tooth with handmade treats at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery.

Cap off the day with a stop at a local brewery to enjoy a glass of beer or cider before heading back to Melbourne’s Central Business District, where your tour ends.
