Penguin Island and Caversham Wildlife Park Day Trip From Perth
Visit Western Australia’s largest colony of penguins on this full-day tour from Perth to Penguin Island. Observe sea lions and dolphins on a boat cruise and see kangaroos, wallabies, and koalas at Caversham Wildlife Park. Learn more about ranch life during a farm show and top it all off with a chocolate tasting before heading back to your hotel.
What to Expect

Meet your guide at your Perth hotel and head south to reach Penguin Island, home to Australia’s largest colony of penguins and pelican colony as well as beautiful beaches and clear waters. Explore the Discovery Centre and learn all about the nature reserve and its inhabitants. Then hop on a glass-bottom boat tour around the reserve to search for sea lions and dolphins.

After a bite to eat at the cafe, hop back in the coach to Caversham Wildlife Park to learn about some of Australia’s land animals. See kangaroos roaming around, get up close to wombat with a keeper, and take photos near the koalas. Catch a live performance about rural life in Australia with demonstrations such as sheep shearing, milking cows, and bottle-feeding lambs

Finish up the tour at a chocolate factory to sample chocolate, wine, and other gourmet treats before heading back to your hotel.

Highly recommended tour operator in Perth

We booked the Caversham Wildlife Park trip with pickup from Perth train station. The tour mini bus is so comfortable and Adam the Chief Explorer is a good entertaining driver. It is highly recommended to choose them as your tour operator in Perth.

it was an amazing trip! Though the weather is not in favor to head to the penguin island but our guide brought us for the Mandurah cruise instead to see the dolphins. It was also awesome that we are able to see the wildlife animals...More
