The 4 hour drive to and from Milford Sound from Queenstown is 100% worth it for the spectacular views. Especially with the commentary with tour guide ’Cowboy’ who kept things entertaining. Make sure in October that you wrap up really warm as it was cold...More

You pay for all the food yourself. There is a stop 2 hours in for breakfast and then food is offered for a hefty price on the boat so bring snacks!
