- vincentv460 contributionsNice cruiseStaff is very friendly and professional. Nice cruise and arrival at Cadaques is Amazing I strongly recommend . I will go again.Written August 29, 2024
- daviessv120 contributions….This trip was supposed to be for 3 hours leaving at 10am with 90 mins to visit the town. When we arrived they said the boat was coming back at 6pm 6 hours later than booked. Seems captain of the boat had other ideas saying trip had changed in August however still able to book the same trip on Tripadvisor.Written August 1, 2024
- dragoncymru0 contributionsNot to be missed tripFabulous way to see the coast and take an excursion from Roses. The boat was on time comfortable the staff were very helpful. 100% recommendedWritten July 7, 2024
- Passenger152052507780 contributionsBeautiful, wonderful, delightfulWonderful and I would definitely recommend this trip. We took the boat from Roses. We parked on the seafront, Av De Rhode, near number 139. The ticket stand is on the promenade and they directed us to the right jetty. Parking was for 3 hours but I used the EasyPark app and extended the parking as we needed a bit more. Trip was 45mins there, and hour and a half in Cadaques, then 45min back. There are loads of tourist shops on the main front at Cadaques to wander around. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, ice cream places. The time was enough for us (2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 6) to wander around. We had to be at the boat by 12:20 and it left dead on that time. On the journey back the captain stopped so we could watch some dolphins which popped up. They sell some drinks on board and there are toilets. Loved it. Highly recommend it.Written July 7, 2024
- MiddleChildRoams0 contributionsRoses - Cadaques Boat Trip: A Must Do in the Costa Brava. The ticket booth was super friendly. Not a lot of Americans travel here and the staff was fun and engaging as they discovered we were from the US. Jordi in particular was great and helped us out when we ran into a snag our day of travel. A worker who had just started from Galicia was especially sweet calling us "familia" and asking about our day on our return from Cadaques. The actual boat ride is beautiful with gorgeous blue waters and picturesque scenery. Hands down recommend! đź‘ŹWritten July 7, 2024
- The_Concierge_80 contributionsEven if you're not fond of boats, do it! I usually get seasick but I was not on either of the 2 trips we did! Memorable! We did two trips from Roses: the Catamaran to Cap Norfeu & Joncols with submarine vision AND the Cap de Creus plus Port Lligat to Cadaqués. The second trip had a little crossover with the first, but we saw new things. And honestly, it was nice re-doing parts of the coastline as it’s all stunning! Loved the rock formations and caves and seeing the towns, beaches and mountains in the distance. We had different weather and light on both trips, so we appreciated the views from new perspectives. I have great respect for the captain and crew of these vessels. We felt safe the whole time and the crew work tirelessly to make sure that things run smooth, everyone has a good time, including serving drinks and taking photos. The captain's skills are superb navigating the boat into rocky bays and shallows; and also, to run the boat ashore in Cadaques on the stony shore! I had never experienced this before anywhere in the world! A great memory! We loved going right up close to the cliffs and into the massive cave Cova Tamariu, where we could hear our voices echoing. Viewing the fish out of the lower hulls was a lovely thing and provided us with great artistic photos! The bathrooms were easily accessed and clean. I am known to get seasick at times, but I did not feel sick at all on their boats. Both trips we felt were excellent value for the picturesque views and wonderful excursions!Written May 26, 2024
- The_Concierge_80 contributionsSkilled captain to run the boat ashore in Cadaques! Picturesque natural park coastline! This was our second time on a boat trip with this company and it was just as exciting as our first! We loved the little harbours, the coastline of the Cap de Creus natural park, getting close to the French border, seeing Salvador Dali's home and little port town and of course Cadaques! When we left Roses it was raining, dark and blustery. By the time we got to Cadaques, the sun was out and as we entered the Cadaques harbour, there was perfect lighting! It's amazing how these guys run the boat ashore so that passengers can get off the ramp. This takes much skill! We had 80 minutes to spend in Cadaques before the boat came back to collect us. A lovely trip and highly recommended! Pretty good value at €30 each!Written May 26, 2024
- wsw230 contributionsEnjoyable Boat TourThis round trip tour starts in Roses, although we only took the Cadaques to Roses return portion. It takes about 45 minutes in each direction. The boat is comfortable with good seating in open air and below deck. It may have been improved with the provision of more commentary and information on the trip. The boat company agent in Cadaques (Sylvia?) was very friendly and helpful.Written May 19, 2024
- Adrienne I0 contributionsWonderful boat trip to charming townWe thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip to Cadaqués. Sitting on the upper level gave us a great view of the ocean and the coastline. If you want to sit on the side closest to the coast, be sure to get in line early. There is no reserved seating. The staff were great and punctual. The recorded explanation in five languages was helpful.Written May 5, 2024
- marriott9460 contributionsA Pleasant Morning TripGreat weather as we made the trip to Cadaques. Boat was well packed on the upper deck meaning toes got trod on as people wandered around. Boat was clean, tidy and the crew helpful. Not quite sure why they expected to be tipped when we disembarked? Just time before we returned to have a wander and get a beer. Cadaques is picturesque. Enchanting scenery throughout the trip. Thank you Team Els BlausWritten October 10, 2023
- jas88_120 contributionsNice tripThis is a lovely trip. The staff are very helpful - getting on and off the boat is a little shaky but the staff are there to give a helping hand. The boat is clean and well maintained. The captain has a nice little touch where he takes the boat right up to the entrance of a cave to make it look like you're going in but stops just short of doing so as we'd def never make it!! The stop at Cadaques is just 90 minutes and it's not the easiest place to wander around with steep inclines and very uneven pavements so it's really just enough time to sit and have a drink somewhere before getting back on the boat.Written September 14, 2023
- richardabrowning0 contributionsExcellent. The ticket sellers notified us by phone of the availability of additional seats, as there weren't initially enough for our group. The on board crew were helpful and courteous.Written July 9, 2023
- STEWY880 contributionsTrip not to be missedA very enjoyable 3/4 hour excursion Excellent views of the coastline all the way to Cadaques …then a very interesting stroll round the old town . Not expensive for the total experience …a must when you’re in the area .Written June 29, 2023
- Michael-Coates0 contributionsAmazingSuperb. The boat driver was ace. Even slowed so we could watch the dolphins play and helped us on and off with our bikes. We will definitely use this service again.Written June 23, 2023
- rayraynewby0 contributionsDecent Little TripI did this trip whilst on holiday in Roses. It was very good and we got to spend about an hour and a half in Cadaques. We boarded the boat from the jetty near Roses marina via steps at the front of the boat. On our journey we passed close the the coast and got very good views of the Castel De Trinitat and Roses lighthouse before calling in at Cala Montjoi to pick up some more passengers. On the way to Cadaques the boat also got close to some sea caves on the cliffs. On arriving at Cadaques we disembarked on the beach. The boat picked us up later and then dropped off passengers at Cala Montjoi and then to Santa Margherita before dropping me off at the jetty. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend it if you are in the area.Written June 23, 2023

We did a Cap Norfeu & Joncols trip on their catamaran from Roses.
The captain's skills are superb navigating the boat into rocky bays and shallows!
We passed Punta Falconera, El Gat and then went into the sea cave Cova Tamariu, then to Cap Norfeu and Cala Joncols and back to Roses.
The highlights were going close up to the cliffs and into the massive cave where we could hear our voices echoing. We also stopped in a shallow bay with the clearest aquamarine water that looked so inviting to just jump into!
When you board your hand gets stamps with either a blue or a green dolphin. This dictates which group you'll be in to see the fish through the windows the lower hulls.
It was a great experience seeing the fish through the glass as they swam alongside us!
I got some artistic photos from this time below!
The bathrooms were easily accessed and clean.
I am known to get seasick at times but I did not feel sick at all on this boat.
A great trip with a very nice crew! And we got a souvenir photo as a keepsake!

Wonderful boat tour along the coast of Cap de Creus. It was a bit windy and rainy so we were glad to have brought rain coats and jackets. The geology is spectacular. Seeing the fish was fun, although it's only the fish near the water's surface. Sticking the bow of the boat into the caves was very cool. The crew was great. Sometimes the smokers don't stay far enough away from the door to the cabin and the smoke blows inside. Lovely experience, overall.

We did the trip to Montjoi & Cap de Creus with our children of 4 and 6 yo on a very warm day. We left at 10h30. We enjoyed the full experience, although it is highly advised 1) to enter at Santa Margarita to have the premium seats on the upper deck and the left side of the boat. 2) to take some food with you for your small children.
We loved the submarina view, and even the very brief cave visit is a plus. Thanks to Camelia and the other staff for the additional information!
As a point of improvement, we would advise not to push the family picture to the passengers. It's unnecessary and can be offered in a different way.

Never book via Tripadvisor. or trust descriptions from Tripadvisor. While the rest of the boat enjoy swimming and cooling down in the sea near Cap Norfeu, we are dying in the sun, drowning in our sweat. Tripadvisor did not provide a full and accurate description of the tour. They left out the part where the vendor says:
"IMPORTANT NOTICE When this trip coincides with the Cap Norfeu & Swimming, while other passengers are swimming, you can enjoy an extra 40 minutes on board, ideal time to sunbathe, have a drink at our on board bar or have a snack. Don't forget your picnic!". This completely ruined what should have been a lovely trip for our two families. And how can the trips coincide, either you can swim or you can't? If we had booked via the operator and not Tripadviosor, at least we would have been wiser, and not fried in the sun in 40 degrees.

Beautiful experience with kids. Amazing trip plenty of great views and, best of all, the crew and THE captain, what a crack! Nothing compare to Messi but in a boat.
