Me and my parents went to Auschwitz-Birkenau for a guided tour in italian, the guide Margherita was really well prepared and accurate. We also enjoyed the tour with Bart, the driver that took us to Auschwitz-Birkenau and waited us to come back to Krakow. He was very kind, he helped to reach the guide for the tour and even offered to stop along the way so we could have breakfast. His driving was very safe and attentive. Very very long exhausting day. Too many people in Auchwitz , all on top of one another. Changes to auchwitz spoil the reality.

Beautiful and comfortable car, our driver Bart was punctual and really kind and helpful, we have always wanted to visit Auschwitz and the tour completely fulfilled our expectations!

Overall, it was a very good trip and would highly recommend it to anyone. Just a few heads up that we did the day in reverse, salt mines, then Auswitz. Both museums were extremely busy, and the guides seemed to rush through with no time to explore or take in the experience. Also, it was hard to honour the 'skip the line' as there were so many other groups there probably offering the same service. So there were no lines to skip as such. Obviously, the trip organisers can't do anything about the number of tourists, but I wish I'd have known before how busy this day was going to be.

Matt was an excellent host. Was highly informative. Ensured we were well looked after and told us of all the sites along the way. Also advised us on some great restaurants and bars that we have tried out! Would highly recommend

The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour is a must see when visiting Krakow. We were glad to have booked an organised tour and transport. Pick up was prompt and reliable, the bus was clean and comfortable with an informative video on the way there. Our driver, Krzysztof was very informative, helpful and pleasant. I would recommend taking drinks and snacks as there isn’t much provision once there so vending machines have queues and time is limited for moving between the sites.

We were picked up at our hotel even though our hotel wasn't on the list of pick up spots. We really appreciated that. All pickups and transfers to Auschwitz were friendly and timely. Great experience

Excellent tour this morning to Auschwitz Birkenau. We were met at our hotel by Bart who was punctual and very professional. We traveled in luxury to the former camp. We chatted en route to Auschwitz and he accompanied us to meet our tour guide at the entrance. The arrangements were faultless. Our guide there was knowledgeable and friendly as she took us along some of the most horrific paths in history. Barbara explained the significance of the various sites.

Prompt pick up, outstanding driver- mentioned places of interest on route, outstanding guide who was very pleasant, thoughtful.She had extensive knowledge of Saltmine history and spoke proudly of her heritage.

Krakow direct arranged for us to met our guide outside the story and we were a group of about 20, she spoke very good English and was very informative about Poland and obviously Schindler. It is what you’d expect busy but she managed to find spots we could stand and listen to the history of that era. She pointed out pictures and told stories that you wouldn’t get if you’d gone solo. Highly recommend. As part of the trip you can visit the art museum (was part of the factory and on the grounds)

Very well organised trip we had a private minibus as there were 8 of us Evo our driver and our tour guides were excellent. Would highly recommend using this tour company

This is one of the best tours I have ever done. We where picked up on time and brought to Auschwitz. For me our Tour Guide really made this tour.(Sorry I cannot remember his name ) He was so knowledgeable and very respectful. The whole tour makes you go back in time to see how horrific everything would have been but this was all done with so much empathy by our guide I really think that everyone should try to go to Auschwitz once in their life time. Only thing I would say is that the bus is lovely but not much room between the seats. Saying that I would highly recommend this tour and company to anyone. If I ever go back to Krakow, I will definitely do this tour again with Krakow Direct.

Very interesting, lots of walking and stairs..guide was lovely.. transfer was a bit late, but we made it on time..

Pushed from pillar to post, guides rude, and even pushed my husband when he was reading a piece of information.. I really wanted to visit bit was sorely disappointed, guides don't wait on you or make sure they have their group... cost us £170 and feel it was a complete waste of money. Transfer guy was great.
