Amazing trip to the thermal baths ! We had the pleasure to be accompanied by Michal who drove us from Krakow to Zakapone and gave us all the information we needed! He was polite and respectful towards us and made our trip 10x better! Thank you Michal! Baths were amazing and drinks were good price!

This guided tour was an absolutely special and fascinating experience. It truly captured the spirit of the 13th century and the hard work of the miners in the salt mines. The excursion lasted about four hours, and our family, including our 4- and 9-year-old children, found it really interesting. The highlight for our younger child was that it was allowed to lick the walls and ask lots of questions! At the beginning of the tour, we explored the mines and saw informative illustrations with sound effects, monuments, and exhibitions. After that, we had the option to eat at the café inside the mines or continue to the museum. I chose the museum, and it was absolutely amazing! It showcased the beauty of salt crystals, other excavation finds, and the rich history of the Krakow salt mine and mining techniques. Unfortunately, one lady in our group became ill at the very beginning of the tour. It’s important to note that while this is an incredible and unique experience, it may not be suitable for everyone. People with claustrophobia might find it challenging to stay in the mines. A big thank you to our Russian-speaking guide, Eva—she was fantastic and made the tour even more enjoyable!

The experience was great. It was personally my first time skiiing and I was definitely not a natural! Mayer, our guide, was brilliant, very helpful and very patient. Would recommend.

We did the thermal baths at chocholowskie termy, ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, wonderful venue and a lovely guide / transporter. (Michal) fab chat and a very friendly environment. Enjoyed every second, worth every penny, must recommend!! All the way from England!!

Brilliant, the tour guide Michal was excellent with his knowledge and displayed great English too. The ride was smooth to the baths. When we got to the baths it was quiet but we had a quick brief with the guide on what everything was. Would highly recommend this again.

We went on the tour to Zackopane. Our guide was Mateusz and he made the trip a wonderful experience. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
