Emotionally Charged

this ceremony is a must see when in Washington DC..they also did the changing of the wreath afterward...this was emotionally charged when the soldier started playing taps....

I would say no as we did a lot of walking through the cemetery on the grass and not on the paved roads.

Most definitely yes. It was raining all the time when we went but this didn't hinder the trip at all as the route is all paved. Take a brolly and comfortable shoes as its quite hilly. Even in the rain it seemed far better... More
