Morning Beach Yoga
Under the center banyon tree for shade. Mornings are quieter in parks for a more gentle relaxing class. Mon/Wed class has instructor who can speak japanese but all classes are English. All levels.
Sunset Yoga
Sunset yoga tends to be a bit more dynamic in parts - but always a mindful flow that caters to the energy of the group that day. All classes are all levels, with many beginners and experienced also.
There are plenty of ways to relax while visiting Hawaii, but this Waikiki Beach yoga class sets itself apart by giving you a beautiful view of Diamondhead while you improve your practice. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just a beginner, you’re sure to enjoy this class with an instructor that has years of teaching and training in the authentic, mindful flow.
What to Expect
This Waikiki Beach yoga class gets started right away once everyone from the group meets up.

Take a place under the center banyon tree if you’re looking for shade. Morning classes tend to be more quiet than sunset classes, but either class gives you a great view of Diamondhead in the backdrop.

Your instructor has years of teaching and training in yoga, and has prepared a session for all types of skill levels. Your class session gets you more connected to Hawaii’s land and nature, as well as yourself.

Once your Waikiki Beach yoga class ends, you can decide to stay on the beach if you’d like.
