    It is the most sacred of the Hindu temples in Nepal dedicated to lord Shiva, first established in 5th century. The holiest Hindu pilgrimage place in Nepal Pashupatinath has received the attention of worshippers for at least fifteen hundred years. Dedicated to Shiva the lord of Destruction the temple is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River. A circuit of the Pashupatinath area takes visitors past a sixth century statue of the Buddha an eighth century statue of Brahma the Creator freshly painted skeletal images guarding temple gates, and other magnificent temples dedicates to various deities in the complex. Pashupati Nath Temple is situated 5 km. east of Kathmandu, the temple of Lord Shiva, Pashupati Nath, with tow tiered golden roof and silver door is considered one of the holiest shrines for Hindus, although only Hindus are allowed inside temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river. The temple was listed in the UNESCO World heritage Monument list in 1979 AD.

    Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
    Boudhanath Stupa (or Bodnath Stupa) is the largest stupa in Nepal lies a further 2 km north from Pashupatinath Temple and also the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism. The stupa is located in the town of Buddha, on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. It was probably built in the 14th century after the Mughal invasions; various interesting legends are told regarding the reasons for its construction. After the arrival of thousands of Tibetans following the 1959 Chinese invasion, the temple has become one of the most important centers of Tibetan Buddhism. Today it remains an important place of pilgrimage and meditation for Tibetan Buddhists and local Nepal’s, as well as a popular tourist site.

    It is the oldest Buddhist shrine. Looking east from here, one can see the almost entire Kathmandu valley spread out below. Swayambhunath is a best place to observe religious harmony between Nepalese Buddhists and Hindus. The stupa is one of the most ancient in this part of the world and its worshippers come from diverse ethical backgrounds. Situated on the top of a hill. It provides an excellent view of the Katmandu Valley. Huge prayer wheels and fine Buddhist paintings are displayed in the monasteries as well as the largest Buddha statue in the country.

    Swoyambhunath literally means ‘Self-Existent One.’ Swoyambhunath is believed to have been established more than 2,500 years ago. An inscription dated 460 A.D. states that the construction was carried out by King Manadeva. By the thirteenth century Swoyambhunath had developed into an important Buddhist learning site.

    Durbar Square, which means Royal Squares in English, is the generic name used to describe plazas and areas opposite the old royal palaces in Nepal. It consists of temples, idols, open courts, water fountains and more.

    Day 3: Drive Kathmandu-Chitwan[Jungle Safari][156km/5 hr][BLD].

    Stop At: Chitwan National Park, Main street Hatti Chwok, Sauraha 44200 Nepal
    After breakfast drive to Chitawan National park for exclusive jungle safari. Small city say Muglin, Narayangargh will be drive pass then finally to Sauraha where many touristy hotels are located. Upon arrival at hotel meet by the guide, welcome drink and allocate room for accommodation.

    Chitwan National Park has long been one the country’ treasures of natural wonders. The park is situated in south central Nepal, covering 932 sq. km. in the subtropical lowlands of the inner TERAI. The area comprising the Tikauli forest-from Rapti River to the foothills of the Mahabharat-extending over an area of 175 sq. km. was declared Mrigakunja in 1959. The park and the local people jointly initiate community development activities and manage natural resources in the buffer zone. The park consists of a diversity of ecosystems, including the Churia hills, ox-bow lakes and the flood plains of the Rapti, Reu and Narayani rivers. The Churia hills rise slowly towards the east from 150m to more than 800m. The western portion of the park is comprised of the lower but more rugged “Someshwor hills”. The park shares its western boundary with the “Parsa Wildlife Reserve”.

    Tharu cultural dance: [6:30 PM] A melodious ethnic dance performed by men and women with rhyme or drums. The clashing of sticks represents and performance how to keep away the rhinos and other wild animals from the human habitat and their farming land.

    Day 4: Jungle Safari Continue [BLD]

    Dugout canoe ride:

    Floating down to Rapti River on a dugout canoe is the best way to discover the habitat of crocodiles in the river. It is also a relaxing and better way to watch the different kind of birds and wildlife species, while they are drinking water in the bank of river Rapti.

    Elephant Breeding Center: Elephant Breeding Center (EBC) was established in 1985 at Chitwan National Park and is the only EBC in Nepal. A breeding center for increasing number of elephants but not having compartment for mating with wild bull it is well trained and appropriate number of staff should be provided and an Elephant Camps Service should be creator. You may not want to miss the opportunity to explore Elephant breeding center where number of elephants are kept for reproducing purpose only.

    Jeep Drive: See wildlife up-close on a jeep drive or nature walk under the guidance of expert naturalists with years of experience. Each trip is unique as one never knows what will show up: a bear, a herd of deer, a flock of peacocks, Langur monkeys on treetops, a pair of rhinos and some lucky guests get to see the elusive tiger prowling among the tall grass.

    Day 5: Chitwan-Lumbini [ 9 Am to 1 Pm] [BLD]/150 km/4 hr]

    Lumbini is the birth place of Siddhartha Gautam Buddha and the founder of Buddhism, known as Buddha or the enlightened one. This is confirmed by the existence of an inscribed pillar erected 318 years after the event by the great Buddhist emperor Ashoka, who visited Lumbini in 245 BC and left a number of his famous inscribed pillars in the region.

    Sacred Garden: Which is spread over 8 sq.km possesses all the treasures of the historic area. It has been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. This is the place where Lord Buddha was born. The site is marked by Ashoka Stone Pillar which has an engraved inscription identifying the spot as the birth place of LORD BUDDHA. On one side of the pillar is the MAYADEVI TEMPLE the temple of the mother of Lord Buddha. Recent excavations have turned up a stone bearing Foot Prints of Lord Buddha.

    The Puskerni Pond: Located south of the Ashokan Pillar is the pond where Queen Mayadevi the mother of Lord Buddha is believed to have taken a bath before giving birth to LORD BUDDHA. Many countries have built TEMPLES, MONASTERIES OR STUPA in Sacred Garden in the international Monastery Zone and there has been global initiative to promote the place Lumbini.

    It is a mysterious wonder of Pokhara. Originated from the Machhapuchhre glacier, Seti (which mns white in Nepali) River runs through the main city area. Amazingly, at certain points the river appears hardly two meters wide. But its depth is quite beyond imagination – in about 40 meters depth. The river provides a perfect view of its dreadful rush before it disappears at Bagar into a deep gorge. The gorge is visible from the bridges in the city, K.I. Singh Bridge, northwest end of the city, Mahendra pool, Ramghat, and Prithvi Chowk areas. K I Singh Bridge is the proper view point of this wonderful and interesting river gorge. Looking down these bridges one can see the white turbulent flow of the Seti through an incredibly narrow canyon about 46 m. below.
