Shishir is an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable guide with a good pace for this 1 day hiking. This tour gave an amazing 360 view of the Himalayas, Kathmandu, and other villages in btw valleys. This hike was not too easy, not too hard - perfect to work your legs (it’s mostly stairs up and down) - for a 1 day adventurer. I would highly recommend this if you want to get out of the hustle of the city but want the full view.

Had a lovely day out hiking from sunset to midday with our guide, Shishir. He was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer all questions Nepal/Kathmandu. I really enjoyed learning more about his experiences leading tours, trekking to base camps and climbing summits. Very interesting and insightful. After pick up and the sunrise point, we had breakfast at a local cafe. This was a good experience. We were also lucky to have excellent weather throughout the day and he was very informative about the mountains we passed. He helped take many photos which was much appreciated. I particularly liked that Shishir walked at a pace that I could keep up at (I'm sure it felt like a lifetime for him!) and explain about the villages that we passed. An excellent tour guide and day. Will definitely recommend him to other customers and my friends

Shishir was a very lovely and kind guide who answered all our questions! He and the driver took us to our sunrise viewpoint where he took lots of good photos of us, then we had some local breakfast foods, before he guided us on our hike to Changunarayan temple. Then we were dropped off at our hotel. Thank you for the wonderful day Shishir!

Shishir is so knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all invested in your experience in Kathmandu. Not just for this hike, but for my whole stay. What you actually see on this is really dependent on your luck with the weather and cloud cover, but no matter what you get you will enjoy yourself! I only had a little over two days here, and he did everything he could to help me make the most of it. Strong recommend!

The views are stunning. At every angles you will see perfect views. Our tour leader Mr. Shishir is the best at every aspect.

Shishir was my guide and I went solo, but he was my fun companion all day and encouraged me to keep going even though I was not in the necessary shape for this trek. There are a lot of stairs (up and down) involved, so just make sure to be in shape for 9+ miles of trekking & stairs.

I booked the trip 'The most beautiful 1 day experience in Kathmandu Nepal' and it was amazing. Shishir picked me up at 5 am from my hotel and drove to Nagarkot for sunrise view to start my day. Weather was so nice, the sunrise view was amazing on the Himalaya. His knowledge about the history of Nepal and the culture was very profound, he answered every question of mine. We hiked through local nepalese villages and the people we met have been very hospitable and friendly to me. It was a great way to see the sides of Nepal you normally dont get to see. We also visited the Changunarayan temple which was one of my personal highlights, the ancient architectural gem of Kathmandu Valley. I loved the tour, especially the nature and the knowledge of Shishir made this day one that I will never forget. Thank you Shishir for every single effort to make my day, I will come back next year for the Everest base camp trek with you. 🗻 Dhanyabaad🙏

Got a great experience with Shishar today! A very nice hike with spectacular views on the snowy peaks and Kathmandu valley. Very balanced walking, no too long ups or downs, they always switch so your legs won’t ask you to stop) During the trip we were able to see monkeys and martis. Cable car was a separate joy, very nice ride with good views and no queues 😉 Shishir was very kind and made a great partner for the hike. Recommend to all 👍🏻

Really enjoyed the day. It's a cable car trip up into the hills with some lovely views over Kathmandu and the Himalayas. The hike takes most of the day, quite a lot of it is downhill, but there are some tough uphill bits. Anyone with an average fitness level should be fine. Guide is a lovely chap Recommended

Thankyou Shirshir!! Myself and two friends completed the Annapurna Base camp over 9 days with Shirshir as our guide and Muskan as our porter. The trek was nothing but amazing, we had great weather conditions and Shirshir’s knowledge of the natural environment/ cultural heritage, and service during the trek was truly flawless. Shirshir was able to take care of all of the logistical requirements and cater to our needs without being pushy. I really appreciate Shirshir’s efforts to make us feel like family and provide an authentic local experience in the mountains. I should add that the food was amazing during the trek and we were all very impressed with Muskan’s strength to carry our bags from village to village with a smile on his face from ear to ear. Take this tour to truly experience the majestic Himalayan mountain range and get a glimpse into the everyday lives of the Nepali people. The scenery is breathtaking, and the locals are incredibly warm and welcoming. It's a reminder that heaven can indeed be found on earth 😍. Shishir the guide is so professional and taking care client with a genuine sincerity. So blessed to have a crystal clear sky after managed to getting out of Pokhara - Kathmandu landslide in a very bad weather condition.

I really enjoyed my time with Shishir, and recommend him highly to anyone wanting to explore Nepal. This day trip was a perfect introduction to hiking in Nepal, with stunning nature and scenery. The hike was challenging but not unmanageable — even though I’m in my mid 50s and a complete novice to hiking. I really appreciated how Shishir related historical facts, pointed out interesting animals and plants, and answered all my questions, but didn’t distract from the serene experience with idle small talk.

I had a very nice experience in nature during this trekking trip. My guide Shasan was very nice and took care of not going too fast and answered all my questions along. The lunch was tasty and our driver drove safely and patiently. I also enjoyed the cable car tour upwards.
