The popular dinner cruise was crowded with guests but the staff did a great job to ensure that all is well managed with the embarkation and disembarkation process. The buffet was good with plenty of foods. Drinks sold onboard were reasonably priced. There were two different bands performing on the two levels and both provided good entertainment. I have taken the Chao Phya Princess before and it is equally good but making a comparison, Opulence buffet is better.

Trip was very good and our guide was excellent. A thorough briefing on building the railway and a really interesting train ride through the countryside

Me and my wife went on this cruise and it was really good. The staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. We could hardly feel the boat moving. The entertainment was also great. Would highly recommend.

We celebrated my daughter's 45th birthday on the cruise. A memorable experience on this beautiful ship. Scrumptious dinner with a variety of choices. I couldn't even visit all of the dishes offered. Great entertainment with music and dancing after the meal. Pricey but worth it, highly recommended.

This was a good value. Budget stage and food. Performance was entertaining, dancers did a good job of engaging with the audience, with opportunities to participate if interested. At the end they offer photo opportunities. Prompt and attentive dinner service by staff. We were not part of a tour so had to grab/taxi from the BTS.

The Opulence is definitely the best cruise Bangkok, Thailand has to offer. With its impressive entertainment, wide range of delicious food options, and attentive staff who anticipate guests' needs, the Opulence provided my husband and I with a truly memorable experience that was well worth every penny. When visiting Thailand, the Opulence should be the top choice for a cruise.

The BBQ Buffet Dinner with Seafood at Riverside Terrace was a fantastic experience. The riverside setting, especially during sunset, is absolutely breathtaking and sets the perfect ambiance for the evening. The live show which started at 7pm added a wonderful touch, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The seafood selection was impressive and the BBQ offerings were delicious, with a good variety of meats that catered to all tastes. While the buffet did get a bit crowded at times, it didn't detract from the overall experience. It's a fantastic option for anyone looking for a great night out with delicious food and live show. Highly recommend!

The riverside setting is absolutely stunning, especially as the sun goes down. The live band created a really nice ambiance, perfect for a relaxing evening. The seafood selection was amazing! Fresh and cooked to perfection. The BBQ was also top-notch, with a good variety of meats. I particularly loved the juicy steaks. There was something for everyone, even picky eaters. The only downside was that the buffet got a bit crowded at times, making it hard to navigate. But overall, it was a fantastic experience and great value for money. It's a popular eatery. Definitely recommend for a fun night out!

Our tour guide Rach was awesome and full of lots of knowledge of the war history. He was a lovely man and made our day very enjoyable! We have lots of photos to show our family and friends when we return home.

Put this tour on must do’s, suitable for everybody as your is well paced and special needs accommodated Guide Rach was attentive, delightful, very descriptive, passionate and sharing of his knowledge … very willing and went over and above to give us the best and real experience. Driver Somport was careful, kind and also gave us opportunity to see / feed monkeys in a safe way. It’s the little things that make amazing experiences🙏👏

The White Orchid Cruise provided us with a delightful dining experience. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with my family and we all had a great time. The cruise was definitely worth the cost as the food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. Additionally, we were able to enjoy the stunning scenery of Bangkok while on board. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

What an amazing dinner cruise. No problem finding the location and from start to finish a professional experience. The food was excellent, the staff attentive and the entertainment was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner cruise and would highly recommend paying a little extra for this wonderful experience. Plenty of food, no need to rush with everyone else, take your time and take in the incredible views as you wine and dine. Bangkok is extraordinary and beautiful at night from the river. The grand palace, temples and the bridges. We could not have wished for a more spectacular ending to our city break in Bangkok.

We (4) took the dinner cruise by the Opulence at IconSiam on Monday. The cruise was beautiful and had plenty of food. We brought the tickets via LINE app. The waiter was helpful.

Regret for paying above the standard price (this cruise cost more then the rest, a higher end) but worse service. Not recommend for family with elderlies. As seen in other reviews, we were made to wait, standing in the crowds (packed like sardines aka mackerel). Yes, we are awared that the ship only leaves at 8pm and between 6 to 7.30pm, it is checking-in time. However, if you choose to check-in closer to 8pm (reduce waiting time), you will face with another problem : the HUGE crowds. there is no way you can get to the check-in madeshift counter/table at pier 2. In short, it was really hard to find where is the check-in table with such packed crowds (hundreds standing infront of the checked-in table). we had to squeeze our body into the packed crowds to find the check-in table. nightmare! Why? - this cruise is the LAST to leave pier 2. there were many OTHER passengers (at least hundreds) waiting to board the EARLIER ships (not this one). To make problem worse, i asked for chairs for my parents who are elderlies (over 80's) with knee problem (cannt walk or stand long). The opulence girl (at check-in table) simply replied "dont have" and immediately looked away to persons behind me, simply ignoring me right away!!! the dinner cruise was to celebrate father's day (16/6) and it was made worse by the check-in girl to ignore request for chairs for my father! at pier 2, there was no seat for waiting passengers! (as mentioned in other reviews). To avoid causing extreme tiredness and pains to my parents, i walked to pier 1 (at the end) and found (FIXED) seats there but too far for my parents to walk from pier 2 to 1 and back again. So, i did search and hunt for chairs AGAIN! (unbelievable!). later, i found 2 chairs a few TINY steps away from opulence check-in table! (it is a check-in counter/table for earlier ship which left the pier, so finally, empty chairs and table). Wow, opulence girl who simply ignored my request for chairs, knew about the empty chairs at next table did NOT even offer empty chairs next to her table!!!! Fine, you (young girls) dont want to offer your chairs for elderly passengers who cannt stand too long, but at least look elsewhere for chairs for YOUR OWN PASSENGERS IN DESPERATE NEED! waiting at least 30 mins standing up for elderlies over 80's with knee pain is very difficult for them (in case you have lack of empthy or understanding). No seat facilility at pier 2 is bad enough but do offer some assistance to the seniors while waiting for boarding!! Yes, the buffet is another nighmare! there was no proper queue rules, so everyone just grab food from two direction at buffet! another nightmare! this cruise is not recommended for family with elderlies. Choose a standard price cruise (only difference is this is a newer ship) and earliest cruise (to avoid the crowds of earlier ships) for your family just for one time experience. Not worth paying higher price to wait at pier, standing up for long time, packed in crowds, no empathy service to special request made and cold dishes (none of the food was served warm except for the very warm weather outdoor (practically sweating away non-stop).
