Great Trip!
These guys do it right! You are taken by tender out to the boat, we had only about 20 people on ours. Upon arrival you are given fresh juice and handed your keys to your stateroom. The rooms wow! Ours was on the first floor, balcony, ocean view bathtub, simply gorgeous, stunning. The excursion was kayaking if you wanted then after you are take back to the boat and allowed to swim. The water is the same temp as the air. Great food and presentation. The sunset from the top deck is not to be missed. Ha long Bay is breathtakingly beautiful. The crew is amazing! Loved every minute❤️

Good value for money
Me and my boyfriend spent two days and one night in this cruise. Staff were friendly and boat was clean and food really nice. Activities was good especially kayaking and swimming! We dont like expensive drinks on the boat and i was little bit angry because happy hour doesnt mean buy two and get one free. It means buy two and get one more free. Nobody informed us, actually we asked a waitress.

It's better and cheaper to DIY in these three cities as it is easy and all tour providers offer the same route for sightseeing. If you just pay by trips you can charter a van n driver to transfer you from airport to whichever of the cities you wish to start. Hoi An n Danang are close so usually it's better to go Hue first...spend two or three days, then move on to Hoi an..take in Bana hills for a nite and on way to Danang go to the marble mtns m Linh Ung pagoda before checking into your hotel. Only in the city of Hue u need to get driver to take you around as the sights are far away. In Hoi An and Danang you don't need a driver unless you do not want to walk. Contact a driver and ask for a quote based on the trips. I got mine thru a friend (phanhuy10674@gmail.com) who speaks a bit of Englishman and I am happy wth his service n recommendation for some restaurants and the basket boat ride. Discuss price first and compare to what other tour operators offer.

Paradise Elegance -superb in almost every aspect
My wife and I spent a wonderful 3 days on Paradise Elegance touring Halong Bayand visiting a number of breathtaking spots. The bay was a little more crowded than I'd expected but everything seemed to fall onto place and we were lucky with the great weather. Jerome and his team looked after us superbly - and it was 5-star food and service, and all the ladies helping with the tours and food/drink etc were amazing. The day trip out on the explorer we had an ala carte meal that blew our mind. Possibly the most stunning place we have visited in Vietnam so far, and nice to see efforts made to minimize pollution etc from the number of visitors. Our only gripe would be our cabin - deluxe balcony room 220. Room itself wonderful and spacious - but located immediately below the kitchen/ galley and for two nights we had a lot of late night and very early morning racket through the floor above us which really took the gloss off the two nights attempt at sleeping / relaxing in room. Make sure to request a room elsewhere and it will be idyllic.

Wonderful stay
Couldn’t recommend Azela Cruise enough! Very welcoming and friendly staff. It was a lot fancier than I was expecting for the price. My friend and I were visiting Vietnam from China and were bowled over by the service. Danh in particular put us at ease and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the room. I was a little unwell the first night and she even provided me with cold and flu tablets! Lots of experiences included. Would definitely recommend, especially if you prefer a more chilled out/ mature vibe that’s less touristy and unpretentious.

Highly recommended
We had a great experience with Peony cruises, and would highly recommend it. Hana was great to deal with via email to aid us with booking, and the David and his crew on the boat were the nicest people, providing great service. David especially was extremely attentive, helping us make our stay special. We were on boat no. 1, and it was very well appointed, clean with good facilities. Halong bay itself is a spectacle and well worth the visit.

Fantastic tour!
We had a brilliant time on the 2 day trip on the Unicharm cruise. The tour guide (Hieu) was fantastic, very informative with a great sense of humour. The meals were all served as a buffet but very fresh and delicious. All the staff on board were very helpful. The rooms were lovely, comfortable bed, clean with a huge window to enjoy the view. The activities were brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking, swimming and bike ride. I would 100% recommend!

Not the best tour we have been on
We both felt our guide was just going through the motions. As two seasoned travellers who have done many such tours, this was one of the least informative by the guide. The actual cooking class by the chef was quite good and the guide was not present during this class. Just an average tour that could have been better. I am sure they will improve.

Excellenr service in Halong Bay
We are a family having just completed a 3day/2night cruise in Halong Bay with Azale cruise and can do nothing more than give them our best recommondation. Everything was just perfect and the initiary gave room for both adventure and relaxation. The staff made their best to make our trip the best possible, and especially our waiter Benny want beyond our expectation (thank you). The cabins were great and the food was beyond our expectaions for such a small vessel; with one continetal 5 course dinner and one 6 course vietnamese dinner. Good breakfast and an amazing lunch buffet. Our thanks to all the staff making this a magnificent trip in a beatiful landscape. A tip: if in doubt - go for a 3 day tour rather the the shorter ones, the midle day with a biking trip to an small local Island Village was the best experience.

Great way to visit Halong Bay!
There are many different cruise options for Halong Bay. It’s become quite the tourist spot over the years. So, I can’t speak to how this cruise stacks up with the others. But what I can say is this was a really well done 1 night cruise. The rooms were well apportioned with balconies. The views were remarkable. The excursions were on time and the perfect amount of time - kayaking was out of the way of all the other boats, so it felt very remote. The fishing village was eye opening to see people literally living out on the water. The food was also really good - buffet style for breakfast and lunch, but lots of choices and good flavors. The staff were also great - kept us safe and informed. Halong Bay is a must do on your trip to Hanoi. It’s a long drive from Hanoi, so it’s worth doing the overnight cruise to maximize your time. We didn’t use this particular travel agent, so I’m only reviewing Huong Hai Sealife Cruise.

Jungle Trek
This hike is no joke! Extremely technical as the rocks are slippery and sharp in places. Make sure you are relatively fit or determined enough to do it. It's also absolutely worth it as you truly experience the jungle and the valley at the end is a welcoming paradise. After the hike you will feel like you've done something and you will surely never forget it. Bring mosquito spray, lots of water and good shoes.
