Treatments were excellent and staff were attentive. The overall experience felt very luxurious. Lina and Mina looked after us very well in the hair and nail salon.

My partner and I loved the massage we got at Serene Spa. Everything was relaxing from start to finish. The thorough guidance and check-ins made the entire thing very smooth and welcoming. It kind of annoys me to see a previous reviewer say that there are too many reviews. When there are so many positive reviews, that is a good sign. They do not stand over you or force/push you to post a review. During our short stay in Vietnam, my partner and I got to know many staff here at the spa and they are just doing their best to promote their services! Shout out to Harry/Quang for all the help! Serene spa is the best massage shop I have visited out of the top 5 in Old quarter Hanoi. The shop is very clean and offers a relaxing atmosphere. Liam - the receptionist, is a very warm and welcoming staff of theirs, he will explain throughly what each package is going to offer to the guests if you have trouble picking which one to go for.

Nothing short of an amazing experience. Thank you to Liam and Tiffany for being so accommodating and providing such excellent service in our language. Did the total foot treatment and it washed away the fatigue from our last few days of trekking. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

The environment is good, I bought the Aroma package which at first the consultant ask me to pick an oil favor first, I had Tommy who did massage for me, everything is good and I enjoyed a lot.

I had a facial by Ms. Huong. It was a wonderful experience. She was very gentle and thorough and had a sweet personality. I arrived around 1.5 hours before closing and they still allowed me to get the 60min facial. Ms. Huong did not rush through the process and completed the full facial experience probably over 60mins. I really appreciated her work and efforts. The massage was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spa and Ms. Huong!

Went to Serene spa and did 3.5 hour service of massage, body wrap, and body srcub. Every aspect was well organized and excellent, would highly recommend to all who desire a serene break from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

My friend and I had the Touch of Serene package, which was almost 4 hours of bliss. Our therapists, Maya and Ruby, were amazing and made sure we had a relaxing afternoon. The massage and coffee body scrub were a highlight and the spa created a sense of peace and serenity throughout.
