We have a tremendous time. Everything was on schedule. For the short amount of time, we were able to go and see so many amazing places. The guides and drivers in both cities were wonderful and courteous. The tour guides spoke perfect English, so they looked after us well. They took us to different entrances of popular places to by-pass the huge line-ups. We are grateful to our Shanghai guide, William, and the driver, they went out of their way to book and to take our daughter to the hospital in Shanghai. She had a fall and had hurt her shoulder. We upgraded our hotel stays to 4 Star room, the hotel room in Shanghai was nice beyond expectation. Sitting in our room, we can see the Oriental Pearl Tower. What an amazing sight. The tour agent, Thang, was amazing, she helped organizing and keeping our documents on track, to ensure that all our documents were in proper order. She also kept communication with us and to inform us about everything. She has been super helpful throughout the process. When I had an incident just before the tour, she went out of her way to ensure that all is fine. It was much appreciated.

Thang did a fantastic job coordinating everything. He was very responsive whenever I had questions and made sure everything was taken care of.

This 11-day tour of Vietnam was superb, exceeding all my expectations! As a solo traveller, enjoying the daily activities with small groups I was blown away by the seamless organization and high-quality service provided throughout. TourRadar's customer support, especially Thang, deserves a standing ovation! They were always prompt, supportive, and incredibly helpful, taking care of every detail and allowing me to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of Vietnam. ( for correctness, I need to say that I started it in Hanoi, coming from North to South), The hotels were excellent - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring. I loved the balance of guided tours and free time, which gave me the chance to discover hidden gems at my own pace. Transportation was smooth and efficient, with comfortable vehicles and skilled drivers ensuring we arrived at each destination on time and stress-free, also for the tours or for airport transfers. This tour was the perfect introduction to Vietnam's stunning landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality. I left with countless beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for this amazing country. We spend months going back and forth with Edna before we settled on a final itinerary. Edna was great and incorporated all our requests and changes. She was always quick to respond. The trip itself was faultless. The guides we great and all the pick-ups and transfers we trouble free. I'm glad we went wit Realistic Asia rather than plan it ourselves. With so much included our spending money was minimal.

We really enjoyed the trip, the guides and drivers treated us very well and were always very punctual. Mr. Thang was always aware of us in case we had any doubts about our trip. I highly recommend it!!

Amazing tour company!! They had all the hotels and most of the tours planned for us including flights!! They also gave us a personal representative Long Pham who was very helpful and if we had any questions along the way, he was easy to reach through Whatsapp. He also helped us at the last minute to secure our Vietnam visa. Overall great Southeast Asia trip....but some places like in Phuket I had to book my own tours which was easy to do through the Get your guide app!! Thank you Realistic Asia for an amazing trip but book through Realistic Asia directly because booking through Tour Radar was more expensive!!👍🏼👍🏼💯💯😎😎

We had a good trip and Rosie really helpful and cooperative to accommodate our needs. It’s only trip to Phuket which took us all day and we missed all day the same with trip to Bangkok we missed all day.. We wish to have equal stay between Bangkok and Phuket .. We also made friends during our trip with couple from America as they are on the same trip and some same hotels

Absolutely fantastic! We had never been on a tour before so was apprehensive, but it all went so smoothly. The day tours that were organised for us were spot on. The tour guides were all great. Everything ran on time. Our Realistic Asia contact - Long Pham kept in touch with us via WhatsApp throughout. Not that he really needed to as everything went to plan, all drivers were punctual. The whole thing was so well organised. All hotels were great, in fact much better than I’d prepared myself for. I think it would have been very difficult to organise such a great holiday without the expertise of Realistic Asia. Would highly recommend. Vietnam is an amazing destination with so much to see.

I just came back from a trip to Vietnam with Realistic Asia, and it was fantastic. My contact during the entire trip was Thang. He made sure to provide me with essential informations weeks ahead prior to departure. While in Vietnam he was available, trustworthy, nice, and efficient during the entire trip. Vietnam is a gorgeous destination, but having a professional such as Thang to cater to your needs and concerns truly made the difference. I met tourists who had used other traveling companies, and were disappointed by the lack of service provided once there. However, my experience with Thang and Realistic Asia was above my expectations. If there was an issue, he would fix it to my satisfaction regardless of the time or day. I would recommend wholeheartedly this company, especially if you can have Thang. It was worth it, and I would go back using their services again.

We worked with Rosie and Realistic Asia for an 11 night trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. She was able to customize our itinerary with our interests and she made several adjustments based on our needs and requests. From planning to the implementation of the plan, Realistic Asia was flawless. All of our hotels were nice, transportation was efficient and easy and our tours and guides were great. We are well traveled and usually plan our own trips, but I am so glad we used Realistic Asia for this one!

In March 2024, I embarked on the Vietnam Tour with Luxury Escapes. Overall, I found this package to be a good deal, with two out of the three hotels being excellent five-star accommodations. However, the tour consisted of only three participants instead of the expected twenty. This led our first tour operator to cut costs by avoiding sites with entrance fees. He hired an unsuitable boat, making it difficult to board and disembark, and a sampan that required a challenging climb from the river to the pathway. He also solicited tip money from us to pay the sampan driver, which seemed to be an expense he should have covered himself. Additionally, when he took us to the airport, he did not drop us off inside but outside the airport to avoid paying the 10,000 dong fee, resulting in a considerable walk. Consequently, we missed out on the garden temple, giant Buddha statues, a longer sampan tour, and a visit to a rural village. Additionally, he economized on transport, forcing us to walk instead. Before joining the tour, I had emailed Luxury Escapes about the walking involved, as I am disabled, and was assured it would not be excessive. Despite finding him personable and his insights on life in Vietnam informative, I felt short-changed by this tour. Small group sizes are likely not economically viable for tour operators, and I would have preferred to cancel and go on another date to receive the full tour experience. The second tour operator in Hoi An, named Sue, asked us which tours we wanted but astonishingly found them all booked out. She then decided to run the tours herself. We paid an exorbitant amount for a Hoi An Basket Boat Tour, which I was particularly interested in for the unique experience of riding in a basket boat. However, she took us up the river, where my friend tried traditional fishing methods, and then brought us back. When I inquired about the basket boat experience, she ignored me. Repeated attempts to get an answer were also ignored. I felt this was a blatant rip-off, as I did not need to pay a significant amount to watch my friend fish. I found her untrustworthy and dishonest.
