Thanks for your review. First, our company did not advertise that the lunch will be at Crowne plaza resort, it is at the description of the tour that lunch will be at Dead sea Spa Resort, it means you will be entering the dead sea spa Resort not the Crowne Plaza hotel. Second, All our drivers are professional and speak very good English and they know about our history in Jordan, but he is not a Guide. Third On What To Expect on Viator we have mentioned (just remember to bring your bathing suit, a towel, and sunscreen. ) So we are clear about that Forth Complaining about the service at the Dead Sea spa hotel is not true (It’s not our Hotel) but it’s the first hotel at the Dead Sea and one of the best and the customers love it because his beach is the closest to the sea and very easy to access it Regarding serving water with the Buffet neither the Dead Sea Spa or Crowne Plaza or any hotel in Jordan will serve drinks with the buffet. Fifth and last All Entry Fees including Dead Sea lunch was paid for this tour
