First, we go to local market, learn the secrets of local shopping habits, choose fresh products we need for menu (you can choose menu in advance), than we drive to our home and cooking starts there. While this masterclass we will have fun, learn a lot about Georgian culture, try some wine and of course, after we will have our deserved lunch/dinner.

• Georgian Salad - It is a very easy salad, but, loved by all. Tomatoes, cucumber, some other greens and spices. Nothing special, but very special :)
• Pkhali from vegles, or rolls from cottage cheese and Sulguni (local cheese) - both dishes served with bread from corn flour (but cooked in different ways)
• Georgian sauces - We will cook, try and provide you with some info about Georgian sauces, to feel like real proud Georgian, wherever you are.
• Seasonal main dish, like Chakapuli in Spring, or Satsivi in Winter. - Every dish has its own history, region of origin, which we discuss and get dipper understanding of Georgia as a whole.
