    Nami Day Trip and More
This was an awesome day trip! We loved the variety and it was great way to get out and see South Korea. The tour guide was knowledgeable and we had enough time at each stop to enjoy the area before moving on! Highly recommend

    Worthwhile Tour
This Tour is worthwhile. It is a long day, so be prepared. Bobby Kim is a wonderful Tour Guide ~ he is attentive, committed to service and towards making sure everyone is taken care of. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in providing relevant information so that you leave with a sense of the history of Korea. The buffet where we went for lunch is super affordable with excellent dining. Bobby also communicated via WhatsApp which made it easy to follow along and reassuring to know that things were in order and timely. Thank you, Bobby for making this Tour so interesting.

Great Busan Trip! Great Tour Guide!
The trip, views plan was amazing! Our guide Bobby Kim was great leading and managing the international crowd. Thanks to his guide, we have had no mishaps, delays whatsoever. It was a wonderful trip with great sceneries, great snack and food spots. Bobby was able to educate us a lot about the relevant history or Korea and relevant spots.

    Great Temple Tour
We had an amazing tour with our guide Kim Jae So. She was friendly, knowledgeable & a great photographer. She guided us through the temples in Mt. Seorak’s Sinheungsa Temple & the Naksan temple. Both temples are beautiful. Unfortunately, the autumn colors in Mt.Seorak was no longer at its peak, so it looked dreary & gray. There’s also a snack bar at the peak of the mountain where you can get some refreshments & serves delicious rice pancake.

The day was chilly but the views were amazing! And after hiking up to the rocks we forgot to be cold! Sally and her assistant Dominic were awesome guides and looked after the group!

    Enjoyable tour but...
Pros: The Sky Capsule experience was a unique and cool way to explore Busan. The coastal beauty of Busan and Gamcheon Village, plus the skywalk, were definitely the highlights of the tour. Cons: • We spent an hour traveling to two pick-up points before the tour officially began. • Our tour guide, Yakin, had excellent English but was more of a tour coordinator than a tour guide. He didn’t provide much information about the city highlights or the cultural and historical significance of the areas we visited. This made the experience less enriching, especially since it was our first time in Busan. • There were also many steep steps and a lot of walking involved, which should have been clearly mentioned in Viatour's description for those with mobility issues but this is not Yakin's fault.

Great tour to see many places when you don’t have much time in Busan.
For 1 day tour, it covers many location. If I had to visit all places myself, I could not have visited all of the attractions this tour offered. Miss Lucy, our tour guide, was excellent at communicating with everyone, whenever we stopped for sightseeing , from point A to point B, she clarified meeting place and times, to make sure we are on schedule. Her recommendation for lunch and snacks were also excellent. The tour bus was comfortable. The cost for the trip and the value this tour provided was well worth the price.

I travel a lot internationally for work and always take time to explore.
She was tremendous. Great blond hair and sense of humor. I came for the Unesco content and loved it. I have recommended it to several friends already. Also the driver was a great driver!

Korean Folk Village and Suwon Hwaseong Fortress was all day event. There is a lot to see...
It was a pleasant visit to the Korean Folk Village. Suwon Hwaseong Fortress was also nice. The tour guide we had, Stella, was excellent at her job and explained everything we needed to know very well.

Nami Island was OK, but the highlight of this tour was the Garden of Morning Calm. Wish we had more time allowed there.
The Nami Island trip was okay. Nothing really stood out. I can't say whether it was good or bad. However, on the way to Nami Island, we stopped at the Garden of Morning Calm, and it was spectacular—so beautifully landscaped. I wish the tour had allowed more time to enjoy this beautiful place. About an hour there was, in my opinion, too short. If I had the choice, I would have spent less time at Nami Island and more time at the Garden of Morning Calm. The last stop was the Rail Bike experience. To me, it was a total waste. If I had known what I was getting into, I would have opted out of this activity. But overall, the tour itself was nice. The guide we had was good—she was very prompt in answering questions through WhatsApp.

Good trip to take, when you are looking for an easy way to spend a day outside of Seoul! Trip was well organised, bus picked us up exactly on time and all the organisational information was provided on the way.
We visited Nami island, where the weather was unexpectedly warm and thus "winter wonderland" was not really a thing. It was relaxing to walk around and to take pictures, I recommend to also visit the galleries on the main street! It´s also good to know, that this
island has clearly only touristic purpose.
The Garden of Morning Calm was very pretty to see in the dark! If you are visiting this time of the year - bring extra warm clothes, because it got very cold, very fast.

Overall the tour was well organised, but it lacked that special emotional value, that would make it memorable. Would have been nice to hear the stories behind these two places and more interesting facts or stories about South-Korea and its people/places/foods in general.

We had a holiday well spent in South Korea recently with my travel buddy/bbf Min Min. Though most of our family, colleague and friends advised us to just cancel/postpone our tour which we planned over a year, due to the cases of coronavirus all over the world. Still, we proceed as
planned. We joined group tour during our stay in Korea,
It was a nice and smooth journey throughout,

On the 29Feb, we proceed on a day tour to Nami Island which I have loved that place so much.. for me to be here for the second time around.
Next was in The Garden of Morning Calm (first time here) Loved the starlight during this season.
As planned we took a flight to Jeju the next day- Busan - then back to Seoul, to visit Gangneung and Jeonju, then head back to Singapore a total of 12 days stays in South Korea.

We would like to commend our tour guide Seo— for being so efficient, friendly and helpful. He provides useful information regarding coronavirus on its affected region in Korea, That would help us to make our itinerary safe in avoiding such areas during our stay.
He his very careful in driving. He drove us safely back
to Seoul.
Just got back home a week ago and received a
short message from Seo, checking if we got back to
Singapore safely. “How thoughtful it was...”
for a customer to received a follow up customer service—especially in this sensitive time of coronavirus.
To note, We have joined a lot of group tour/ we’ve met a lot of tour guide, nonetheless only Seo checking on customer wellness, after, As working in customer service line I could say, That’s truly remarkable Seo! Thank you!

I booked this tour through the Trazy website. As I was the only person to book for this day, it was just me and the guide/driver. It was great that they still continued with the tour even just for me. At both locations the guide gave useful information about the place, before leaving me to explore on my own for almost all the time. Garden of Morning Calm was incredibly peaceful and beautiful in the morning. Nami Island was busier but also very fun to walk around and explore. Being driven directly to the locations made this a lot easier and less stressful than arranging the transport myself, and I would recommend this as a great day out from Seoul, particularly if you enjoy walking in gardens.

We were three very hungover friends that got up early having got up even earlier the day before for the DMZ. We turned up coffee in hand scoffing muffins from the local paris baguette coffee shop. We were greeted by the most helpful and welcoming host, Stephanie, who welcomed us onto a trippy tour bus with cool interiors and curtains, was wild. Our first stop was the garden of morning calm, which is basically some mega botanical garden some Korean bloke decided to plant because he saw similar stuff elsewhere in the world and was inspired. It’s pretty damn cool, there is a 1000 year old tree there that looks like a bonsai on steroids. A sight to be seen. There were many flowers and cherry blossoms and I did feel pretty calm after being in the garden of morning calm, albeit it was basically the afternoon. We then went to Nami island and we ate some spicy noodles and then zip lined from a 300ft tower into a chill island in the country side with more cherry blossoms and strange statues. Was also very trippy but pleasant and perfect to bumble around in after having consumed your Bodyweight in local Soju. All in all, was a solid day out and felt pleased to get out of the city. The best part was Stephanie who basically hooked up us clueless hungover English blokes with restaurant reservations for SoSeoul (a recommended Michelin star restaurant) and Mr Ahn’s Craft Makgoelli (another bomb Michelin recommended restaurant) - Stephanie was an absolute legend. Thank you Stephanie. Stephanie for president.

It was well organized in terms of transportation. The Garden Of Morning Calm is nice but actually could be skipped, it feels more like a tourist thing than anything else. Lots and lots of tourists (not even high season). The guide was not a guide at all. She knew nothing about the destinations and she could not speak English. The only thing you get for this money is the entrance and the transportation, forget anything about a guide, I tried asking questions about Nami island but it was the first time she was there too, isnt a guide supposed to know things about the destinations? I think you could take public transportation and pay the entrance fees yourself and save some money. :) Nami island was nice too, but again very very touristic. Tourism is the main income for this island.

If you want to go to Nami Island because you’re a fan of the KDrama filmed there, then by all means. Otherwise, there’s little of interest and the four hours were way too long. The Garden of Morning Calm was lovely and definitely worth the visit, the duration was perfect. The day trip booking includes transport (very comfortable) from Seoul to both locations and back. The guide was helpful, giving tips and info, but they don’t accompany you on the tour at all.

1/2 of the day at Nami Island and 1/2 of the day at The Garden of the Morning Calm. Both locations are beautiful and well kept. We could have stayed a full day at Nami Island and another full day at the Garden of the Morning Calm. Our guide, Yuna, from VIP Travel was kind, knowledgeable about both locations, and kept our group informed about the site's history, etc. My special thanks to the driver who weaved through very congested Seoul traffic after our trip.

I highly recommend VIP Travel for your site-seeing at the Nami Island and the Garden of the Morning Calm. Ask for Yuna!

Our first time to Nami Island was amazing thanks to our great tour guide Jonathan! Despite going on the busiest day of the year with lots of traffic, Jonathan remained calm and upbeat and shared many stories along the way. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable day and would recommend this tour to anyone thinking of doing it! We took lots of amazing photos and got to see some beautiful sights with the fall foliage. Looking forward to doing more K-Tour Story tours!

I was anticipated to go to Nami Island and The Garden of Morning Calm. It’s lucky to see snowing in Nami Island and it makes the Island prettier. Yet, the time was not quite enough (only 4 hours) to walk around. Yet, spending 2 hours in The Garden of Morning Calm was a bit too long. It’s not that worth to see the lightings with 2 hours. I guess it’d be much more better to visit in the morning time, or at least with sunshine.
The tour guide Jayce was so nice and kind. He can speak in English and Mandarin very well. I am very satisfied with his service. Unfortunately, I was quite confused with the instruction of meet up place mentioned in Klook. It said next to Myeongdong Exit 2 in front of the Hotel Prince, which at the end was just next to Exit 2 in front of North Face. I hope it can be improved.
