Booked this month's ago for a departure on 30 December. The company listed here that I bought my Tripadvisor/Viator tickets with was passed on all communication to a different person with a gmail account/whatsapp infact the company listed on Tripadvisor/Viator tickets is listed as closed. Infact I struggled to get hold of the company on the phone number listed on the tickets as did Viator and it took multiple communication methods before I got a response. Less than a week before departure we were messaging this person to try and find out the name of our ship and they demanded an extra $200pp because it was new year. Despite me booking months ago and them knowing the dates then they increased price last minute (see whatsapp screen shot). Strangely they could increase the price but couldn't tell me what ship I was on! I cancelled the booking and found a named ship for less than I paid her for the same dates which included New Year. Don't use, plenty of other options.

This terrible company canceled our 3 day/2 night Aswan to Luxor cruise just 5 DAYS before the start of the cruise! No explanation other than it was “urgent”. We all know our reservation (made over two months ago) was cancelled because Cupid travel wanted to sell our cabins to someone else for more money. Unacceptable and so completely unprofessional. I can’t even believe Viator uses this scam company! These jokes of a tour company left my family of four (two young daughters) high and dry after we had already booked flights to Aswan and built our Egyptian itinerary around this cruise. No remorse, no thought of the customer, only “sorry”. Oh wait, actually they said they could rebook us on another cruise if only we paid $1000 more. Unreal!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! They initially confirmed our cruise from Aswan to Luxor, only to demand an extra $300 per person just three days before departure. This last-minute change threw off multiple aspects of our trip and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable.

My name is Eduardo, I am Spanish and before starting the trip I booked a cruise along the Nile, they had told me that it was one of the best experiences in Egypt and even though I came with low expectations, I have to say that it has been one of the best experiences of my life with my wife, he treated us like two more of his own, which is one of the things that surprised me the most, they treated us like I could never have imagined, from here I took the best person from Egypt MONALIZA, she was the operator and organizer of the tours, a person who has cared about us at all times, always checking on us after each tour making sure that everything had gone well and we had had unique moments, just to tell her that Thank you that I carry it in my heart, WITHOUT A DOUBT ONE OF THE EXPERIENCES THAT I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND. This was one of the best excursions we booked in Egypt. The hot air balloon ride was incredible and a great start to the day to give some orientation of the layout of historical sights. Then, our tour guide Hatem was the best guide we could have asked for. He knew his stuff!! We ended up liking his tour so much, we extended our tour to include the East Bank Karnak and Luxor temples which tied together some of the history we learned on the West Bank. All in all, a great day and a great guide! Thank you Hatem!

Andrew was absolutely fantastic! He was always ready to help and went above and beyond by messaging us daily to keep us informed every step of the way. It was a tough decision choosing a company for our trip, but I am so grateful we booked with Cupid Company. The 4-day-3-night Nile cruise was a breathtaking experience. As we sailed along the serene waters, we marveled at the iconic temples and monuments dotting the riverbanks. The highlight of this leg was the extraordinary hot-air balloon ride at sunrise. Floating above the Valley of the Kings, we witnessed the ancient wonders bathed in the golden glow of dawn, creating an unforgettable memory.

This was such a smooth trip for us. Rocky treated us like family and went out of his ways to help us and keep no stones unturned for our comfort . We were 3 families with small kids and he made sure every aspect of our trip is taken care. He was knowledgable about Egyptian history to the core.We had bit of air ticket issue at Aswan ( our mistake ) and Rocky helped us solve that so that our cruise experience was awesome. Look no further , this is the best tour and Rocky is the best of the best. We will come visit him again for another tour in the near future . Thank you so much for making our trip memorable .

We booked the transport super last minute and Khaled from Cupid Company was incredibly helpful in organizing a ride for us. When we arrived, the driver was already waiting for us with our name on a sign, making it easy for us to find our ride. The car was very clean and the driver was friendly and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Cupid Company for their excellent service.

Our experience on the Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor was truly unforgettable. Sawsan, our tour guide, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we visited many beautiful temples and had a deeper understanding of the rich history of Egypt. The cruise crew was also very friendly, making our stay on board comfortable and enjoyable. This was by far our best experience in Egypt, and we are so grateful to Sawsan for making it all possible. We just finished our 3-night cruise and were really happy with our experience! Already before arriving, Mona Rahim (our Viator supplier) and Mohammed Shakour (our guide) supported us to have an easy arrival and checked-in with us every day during the cruise by contacting us. We experienced a smooth trip from the pick-up to the check-in and the check-out. The cruise was clean and the crew attentive, charming and helpful. Usually, from the sun deck we experienced wonderful sunsets and we were so lucky to see the full moon rise over the Nile. Regarding the food, beforehand we had low expectations, mainly about vegetarian dishes. But it turned out that the food was variable and tasty, ranging from vegetarian options to freshly cooked meat and fish, and to some egyptian specialties. Special thank you to our guide, Mohammed Shakour, who made our experience unique! His explanations about the temples and the history of the ancient civilization of Egypt (religion, culture, architecture, politics, etc) were delightful and connected in a way that over the days we could apply our knowledge to the new visited temples. Apart from that, he was open to all types of questions and gave insights into the contemporary Egyptian culture. He is very available by phone, or in person if you are very lucky as us to have him on the same boat. For our first time in the Egyptian culture (different from ours, German and Colombian), he was open to explain us how to behave properly with the people and showing them respect by tipping them fairly, for example. All in all we are very grateful for this rich and unique experience.

We had a very good time during the Nile cruise! The service was quick and friendly, the days trips were offered in small groups and different languages, the sunsets from the view deck were amazing, the buffet was good (salads, main dishes, soups) and everything was always on time. Our guide Ahmed was very considerate and answered all of our questions. He is really an expert in egyptian history! There only thing to be “criticized” was that the card for the room door didn’t work properly, I think the door had a lose connection… All in all a great experience, especially if you want to see many things/temples in a short time.

Just finished our tour in Aswan and has a great time. Our private tour guide, Owf, was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and made sure the tour was tailored to what we wanted to do. He made sure we were fully aware of what was happening, what was prepaid etc and would pivot if we fancied doing something a bit different. On top of that, he was a really good guy and made it a very comfortable and fun experience. Everything was arranged exactly as described by the tour company and the boat was fine. We spent long afternoons chilling on the deck beside the pool reading which was lovely. Only downsides of the boat was a lack of variety of vegetarian options for a couple of meals and the bathroom need a clean and possible refurbish. One thing to be aware of - at the ports, there are large groups of locals trying to get you to buy stuff, take their taxi etc. This is outside the control of the tour company but can be quite intimidating, particularly in Luxor, so be prepared! Overall a great experience and would recommend this tour!

Well, they charged a fortune and were then too lazy to collect me form my hotel which was located on the west bank of the Nile. Though collection from the hotel was supposed to be included they decided they wanted $10.00 extra to collect me. Given the high price of the tour and their undertaking that collection from the hotel was supposed to be included we agreed to cancel the tour. I was promised a full refund. We are now at the end of January, I sent them several reminders to process my refund and they are just keeping "stumm" and not returning my hard-earned money. This is clearly a shady outfit so don't use them!!
