Nice trip, with potential for improvements
It is a good trip if you’re looking for spending time actively. The distance on bicycle trip was around 18km, return is a bit uphill. Isaac is a nice guy and can tell you a lot about the city, the park and Kenya. Things that could be improved (especially given the price): - bikes are dated, gears do not work perfectly and brakes are weak - I asked before trip if we’re going to be provided with a bottled water and got a positive reply, but this was not the case after all - it is hot at the park so guests should be informed to buy the water and take the sunscreen - the car could be cleaner

          Interesting time on coffee farm
At the coffee farm, we learned a lot about growing coffee, the production process, and how to properly taste it. It was a pleasant time spent with coffee

          Private Mount Longonot Tour
My driver, Gem picked me up from my hotel early in the morning and we drove to Mount Longonot. On the way, she was telling me thing about Niaorbi, the things we were seeing on our way to Mount Longonot, and the Great Rift Valley. I really appreciate her knowledge and her good driving. At Mount Longonot, I got my own private tour guide (I forgot his name). He was very patient and was able to point out animals from a distance. He even got some good pictures for me! It was a really beautiful hike. On my way down, it got super crowded and people going up were in a very slow moving line. Starting early means beating the heat and the crowd.Afterwards, Gem drove me back to my hotel and we had a really good conversation during the ride. I would recommend hiring this tour since I had a really good driver (Gem), got a private tour guide, and we started early.

          Ride from hotel to airport
I booked a car from my hotel to the airport. Gem was my driver. She arrived before my pick up time and was very patient in waiting. I only had 1 carry on bag and 1 backpack but her car was big enough to fit multiple large suitcases. She is very kind. Highly recommended!

          Hike
I had a great hike with David. He picked me up on time, grabbed lunch on the way, went to Naro Moru Gate (not Sirimon Gate as listed), and then dropped me off at my hotel. At Naro Moru Gate, he explained the different vegetation. It rained the day before so it was a little muddy. David found a tree branch for me to use as a hiking stick. It worked! I'm only taking off 1 star because we went to Naro Moru Gate instead of Sirimon Gate. We also did not drop off the Equator Marker. Otherwise, great tour and I felt safe throughout the whole hike.

          Great tour and impeccable service!
We had a great time and excellent service from Meschak, our driver. The giraffe centre is absolutely amazing and the tour at the Karen Blixen museum is very descriptive and worth it!

          Book now!!! Amazing Tour!!!!
Everything about this tour was incredible. The driver was prompt and the journey to Hell’s Gate was smooth. We stopped at the top of the rift valley at a Maasai market then continue onward. Once there, we chose our bikes and began one of the most beautiful rides Ive biked. Animals spotted included zebras, buffalos, baboons, giraffes, impalas. After about 8 km, we arrived at the entrance to a gorge we climbed down to explore. In the gorge, we encountered waterfalls and small rivers. This also included the valley that inspired scenes from Lion King and Tomb Raider. Finally, we went to Lake Navaisha and ordered food at the resort on the lake which was ready after our boat ride. The boat was amazing as we saw various birds and hippos on our way to an island that had wildebeest, ostrich, zebras, buffalos, elk, and other creatures relaxing side by side without the threat of any big cat predators. I cant recommend enough and if you are tired of car game drives then this is the tour for you!!!!

          Viele Tiere und perfekte Organisation
The Maasai Mara deserves to be called a wonder of the world. We have seen not only numerous elephants, buffalos, lions, and leopards, but also giraffes and zebras and numerous over species. We were also overwhelmed from the scenes of large herds of gnus or zebras of which I never expected that so many existed at all. Our guide Kevin has shown comprehensive knowledge of the Mara's places to go to actually find animals, perfectly complemented by listening to the radiotelephone. As we e.g. have been specifically into giraffes, Kevin managed to both navigate to prospective places as well as stopping on request when he or one of us spotted one, not forgetting the many other animals to see. We have booked the Private Safari as the all-inclusive package because we had no prior experience with safaris and a four years old daughter, and this worked out extremely well: the only money we have spent are some tips for excellent performance and an extra tour over the Lake Naivasha on our way back, see below. In particular, enough drinking water has been available at any time. We arrived the first day already for lunch at the accomodation, the Rhino Tourist Camp. The accomodation there are tented rooms including private bathrooms and a shower. Everything has been clean. Some background music has been perceivable throughout the night, most likely to deter in combination with light on all the way inside the camp to deter the wild animals. A double outlet allowed to recharge the batteries of the phones and cameras. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had excellent food including well prepared vegetables. We have started with a two-and-a-half hours tour on the afternoon of the first day. We have been totally overwhelmed by the richness of impressions very quickly, so this has been ample time in the Mara park for the first day. On the second day we spent the full day in the Mara, having lunch in boxes that Kevin has brought from the Rhino camp at the hippo observation spot where the Mara river crosses the boundary to Tanzania. We actually overdrafted the planned return time of 17h a little bit because there have been so many interesting animals to spot, and Kevin has spotted further animals up to the last minute. On the third day on our way back we decided to make a detour to the Lake Naivasha, and this has been a great extra, too: while there are relatively fewer birds in the Mara compared to the large number of mammals, the lake featured a rich ecosystem with specifically many birds. We also got as close as possible to a savage zabra and a savage giraffe. We have returned on the third day shortly before 19h at Nairobi.

          Great game drive
The driver and the partner are knowledgeable. They took us to see what we requested for. The reason I gave 4 was the transportation was not very comfortable.

Good tour operator but management has to improve their customer obsession
We customized their standard 12d tour mid-range hotels by adding one more night at Masai Mara and Serengeti each (total 14days), upgraded few hotels/lodges, added balloon safari, private 4x4 land cruiser for the entire trip. We are vegetarians and we were assured that they know how to handle that. Needless to say, we spent quite a bit on this vacation. Positives: Our travel consultant (Everline) was very knowledgeable and guided us from planning, upgrades, immunization, visa etc. and was very responsive. We typically got our WhatsApp questions answered in less than 24 hrs. Arrangements were made as per the itinerary, driver showed up on time, tour guides in Kenya/Masai Mara (Chris - the safari doctor) and Tanzania/Serengeti (Hassan) were very good. Very happy with both of them. We saw 4 out of 5 very close by and rhino from a distance out of big-5. Sooo many time we saw lions and lioness that at the end we didn't even bother to stop. All because of Chris and Hassan. They were great spotters. Food: Food quality was meh (but we kind'a expected that). Transport: Vehicle (4x4) from Nairobi to Serengeti was ok but not modern (no a/c and no sockets for phone charging) especially when you spend 10hr everyday in dusty, sunny open roof vehicle you are sweaty and also run out of batteries in your electronics. After our tour guide (Chris) informed the travel consultant (Everline), our vehicle (4x4) from Serengeti to Arusha portion was better. It had a/c, charging ports and mini fridge, which came from their Tanzania based business affiliate Mama Savana (https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g297913-d21209272-Reviews-Mama_Savana_Safaris-Arusha_Arusha_Region.html). Going back from Arusha to Kenya/Amboseli portion of the vacation was the worst (last two days). Both vehicle and the guide left a bad impression. Negative: Roadside lunch place where we had to eat lunch (some days) were pretty bad. Everything went downhill after Arusha. The new guide and vehicle (going back to Kenya) was crappy. 4x4 vehicle broke down in Amboseli National Park (in the middle where we see herds of zebras and elephants in 50-70ft distance) and it took 4 hrs to fix it. One hour later it got stuck again in the water/ditch and another 4x4 had to come and rescue us. The box lunch that the guide picked up was non-vegetarian. So, all of us hungry, through out the day with a vehicle that breaks down frequently triggering irritation and anxiety. Our entire day was ruined. We requested a replacement vehicle but we were told that it was not possible. Our primary concern was our next day travel to Nairobi to fly back home and if the vehicle breaks down again we could miss our flight. Our new tour guide (not very smart) tells us that in case vehicle breaks, he would help us hitch a ride with a car going towards Nairobi !! Geez that's not a comforting sign after spending a fortune for this vacation. Bottom line: I would have given 5-star rating but held back due to our experience in last two days. You only find out how good and customer focused this business is by seeing how they solve the problem when they arises. In my opinion they lack that. This tour operator is a good mid-range/budget friendly business but don't expect great service (even if you pay for it).

          Adventurous day trip from Nairobi!
I was picked up in Nairobi by Isaac right on time. We had a day trip to Hell's Gate. The biking was with a guide and was very fun. Its pretty mich flat road riding. You can also hike in part of the gorge. It is very beautiful and the guides did a great job! Thank you Issac!

Hot air balloon flying over Masai Mara
The hot air ballon experience( of “ Hot air balloon company’)across Masai Mara was a thrilling, thoroughly exciting experience despite being expensive. The duration in the air was around 50 minutes could have been longer at least a full hour. The duration in air can get shortened if the day is windy. Pilot Mervin was highly skilled and knowledgeable in manoeuvring the balloon and giving the commentary during the trip.

          Must do
A must do in Kenya. Cycling surrounded by zebras, giraffes, antilope and more. Make sure to go in the morning, because it gets hot in the afternoon. Everything was well taken care of. Thanks to our driver, Isaac.

The drive from Nairobi to Maasai Mara was definitely a little bumpy and rough, but that was expected. We stayed at the Lenchada Tourist Camp which wasn't bad. The tents were fine and the food was decent. Our expectations weren't too high. We did think we would get some access to Wi-Fi but that was not the case. We were able to arrange for a hot air balloon safari which was an experience of a lifetime! The national park had so many animals to see and seeing them from both the ground and the air was wonderful. We were fortunate to see every animal expect for the Rhino. Our driver did a great job making sure we made the most of our time and saw as much as possible.
