Good kayaking with a great guide
Two good experiences: Kayaking round the Tintoreras Islets and snorkeling the Concha La Perla bay. The guide was very good at spotting animals and telling about them - you had to stay close to him in your kayak to hear him though. We saw some penguins and blue footed boobies on land fairly close and some turtles and sharks in the water. It was easier to handle the kayaks than expected - they were very stable. The main snorkeling experience was a playful young sea lion swimming very close to us.

Good snorkeling with turtles and sharks
Two really good experiences: 1. The special lava landscape at the Tunelos and its animals and 2. The snorkeling in a similar but more open nearby place place with small lava islands but without the bridges. The best experiences was getting close to a couple is nesting blue footed boobies at the Tunelos and getting close to a group of big sea turtles and several big white tipped sharks. The not so great was that we were 12 personer plus the crew on the speed boat and it was a little crammed. Also, the lunch was just a single little sandwich bun with either cheese or ham and cheese, plus snacks.

        Unbelievable Sights at Sierra Negra
We had an amazing day on this guided tour! Omar was a great guide and provided a wealth of information. The pace of the hike was good. Well worth the effort to see a beautiful and other worldly environment on beautiful Isabela Island. We enjoyed the food after our hike -very good! Thank you for the photos and for a wonderful day!

Avoid at all costs! I had to go back to land because I felt bad, I spent about 20 minutes on the boat with my partner. The operator did not send any lifeboat, I returned with another trip, he did not incur any costs and yet he did not refund me a single dollar and ignores my messages. I asked for another trip, a much cheaper one, as compensation, but they refused! They were happy to reply on Whattsup when it came to booking trips and paying them, but when you have a problem, don't expect any help. I have never met such a dishonest company! Do you think 20 minutes on a boat is worth $260?!

Good trip, worthwhile. Would recommend it.
We did the Cabo Rosa/Tuneles tour on May 5, 2024, yesterday. The weather was overcast and a bit windy - not the greatest. This may have colored some of my comments below. Rodolfo, our tour leader, was a good leader. He was clear with his instructions, made sure we had a good experience and was definitely very familiar with the entire operation. However, it is not a trip for the feint of heart as the entrance and exit to/from the snorkeling area and the sight seeing areas (Los Túneles) requires tricky maneuvering of the boat through impressive surf and eye popping waves. The boat we were on which was barely big enough for the 12 tour participants plus the 3 tour guides was cramped quarters and this made the trip out to the 2 sights and back (45-60 min each way) a rough ride. This being said, it was all worth it. We saw rays, reef sharks, sea horses, many enormous & beautiful turtles, a lobster, penguins, blue footed boobies (up close), and we were given plenty of time to see it all. Rudolfo made sure we all were able to see as much variety as possible in a very relaxed and unhurried way. He did a great job. I’ll also add that the boat captain definitely knew what he was doing in guiding the boat into the snorkeling and land viewing areas through the surf as it required a lot of expertise and knowledge of the boat and the area. While we had hoped for a larger boat I can’t see how that would have been possible given the challenges of getting in and out of the reef through the surf and the waves. A larger boat could not have done it. This is not a nambi pambi tour but if you want to see a lot of cool Galapagos creatures with a group of guys that know their stuff we would definitely recommend this tour.

For a half day trip, this tour packed in so much. The slow boat ride delivered sightings of penguins, sea lions, rays and turtles within minutes. The short walk over the lava fields gave us views of the inlet where the turtles and white-tipped sharks come to bask. There were also brown iguanas nesting. The snorkelling got us in close contact with seals, turtles, penguins and sharks. Our guide was very informative and constantly spotting things of interest. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

        A nice place to relax
A cute small town where you can organize any activity. Animals are all around, and would defitely recommend snorkeling at la cancha de la perla. Keep in mind it's far away from the main land, so more expensive than pueto ayora for example (6 dollars a beer - 10 dollars menú del día) but much more quaint and quiet.

Not worth the time effort as it is a just a dark hole!
This is a long, hard almost run as the guides are on precise times to complete it. If you are over 40 and overweight and have any health issues at all, do not do this. Plus, it’s not worth it it’s just a big dark hole! Rough, terrain variety of terrain And again not worth it not sure how much it cost as it was included in a tour but I’m sure it cost over $100 per person. They did small pack a small lunch which we were given to eat. There are no animals to see, and basic greenery that can be seen anywhere. Save your money and go on a snorkeling tour as the marine life is awesome if you do not know how to snorkel learn because you will never see, the under Waters more beautiful than around Isabella and these islands. Enjoy.

Landscape beautiful, tour not so good due to hurried guide
The landscape is beautiful, sadly our tour started late, others had events at 14:00/14:30 back in town so we had to rush everything. We arrived and the guide was unhappy. Generally I sadly have to say that we learned more from the taxi driver than the guide since he barely explained anything at all. Maybe he had a bad day, still sad.

        Great Day - Easy Waters
Snorkeling spot had very calm waters and a ton to see. Guide was knowledgeable and kept everyone together. Appreciate that they do Hotel pickups but we would have rather just been told where to meet, as it turned out to be just a 3 minute walk from our hotel.

Tour was great but transportation is a safety hazard
The hike itself was awesome. Our guide was great and very informative. We were provided lunch which was nothing fancy but enough to satisfy after the long hike. My only complaint is regarding the transportation. We were driven up to the trailhead in a bus with completely open sides, not even a railing and there were no seatbelts so basically nothing to stop someone from falling out should something happen. On top of that, the driver was absolutely flying on the way there. It felt incredibly unsafe. I’m not sure how true it is but afterwards a different tour operator told us those buses have a tendency to tip over which honestly I would not be surprised based on our experience. Although the guide and the tour were very good I would not book again with this method of transportation due to the safety concern.

THE BEST trip in our life!
This was the first time visiting Galápagos Islands for my husband and myself. And it was THE BEST trip in our life! It is so remarkable to see what preserved wild life and nature could offer. Before we planned this trip, we did a lot of research about different islands but it was still hard to plan our itinerary without much understanding about the local environment. I looked up different traveling agencies and decided to go with Galapagos Natives who seems to have greater expertise and network in the region. We worked with Gabriela to plan our itinerary and while during our stay. Gabriela was super attentive when we reached out to her with questions and always confirmed our daily activities which made our trip much smoother. We split our time both in Santa Cruz and Isabela. Looking back at our 8 day adventure, the itinerary Gabriela organized was perfectly balanced between diverse scenery, animals, and water and land activities. We realized how much we saw by speaking with other tourists. I can’t imagine ourselves planning our first trip to Galapagos with this level of satisfaction without her. We highly recommend to work with Galapagos Native if it is the first time visiting the Galapagos. It is so worth it!

Bad General organisation but good individual tours
We took two tours with this organisation, which were great. However, we also booked a speed boat from Isabela to Santa Cruz though this company and paid for it upfront but when we arrived on Isabela no one knew about it and no one reacted to our messages and calls. We could never find the agency on the island open. At some point we got in touch with someone who tried to help us but we wasted many hours running after people and it first did not look like we could make it back on time since all boats were booked out. In the end they managed to get us on the boat but it was very nerve wracking especially as once on the boat the captain told us that we would have to leave again.
