Your excursion begins with hotel pickup in Cusco, before boarding an air-conditioned coach destined for the highlights of the Sacred Valley. I think you could inform your guide because I heard our guide asked group tour for drop off Ollantaytambo (but not sure can drop at your hotel).

Cusco is the highest altitude. The first day should be very casual. No strenuous activity. Take the tea. It helps the body absorb oxygen. Just stop and rest whenever needed. Ask doctor for any medications
