My teen daughter and I booked this class while in Cusco while the guys went fishing at 5 a.m. The instructor was highly organized and the information provided was both thorough and entertaining. We were able to make a variety of chocolate products that we picked up later in the afternoon following a delightful lunch at a nearby restaurant. There were plenty of opportunities to take pictures of the process. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome experience. The chocolate was delicious, and the chef was quite funny. Great location as well. Learned a lot about the harvesting the cocoa fruit to the roasting, fermenting and tempering processes. We would highly recommend visiting the Choco Museo if you love chocolate!

We had such a great time doing this workshop, from "Bean-to-Bar", at the Choco Museo in Cusco. We learned so much about chocolate and Yilmar made it so much fun from learning about chocolate to making chocolate. We would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Cusco. The location was also great right near the center historic area of town and our hotel which was right around the corner. Loved every minute and would definitely do again!

Do this workshop if you have the chance,! Yil was such a fun leader and make this class a great experience, cracking jokes and just having fun! The chocolate is delicious and it was a fun souvenir to bring home. After the class wnd making our own chocolate molds, you wait for an hour for them to freeze and then pick them up. Highly recommend!

7 of us took the Bean to Bar class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We learned the chocolate making process start to finish and definitely learned things we did not know. we had the opportunity to make our very own chocolates and include various add-ons into the chocolate for interest. What made it the best though was our instructor. He was fun and engaging and kept our attention all the way thru. He made sure everyone had a great experience and got to try all the various steps themselves. Highly recommended "class" !!

The workshop class we did here was so much fun! Our host Gabriel was great and hilarious. I highly recommend taking a few hours out of your day to do this class. And you get to make your own chocolate bars to take home!

The upstairs where you can see their chocolate manufacturing process is cool too (and free). And they'll give you free samples.

This was so much fun! We learned so much, got to try chocolate in every stage of the process, and the instructor (I wish I could remember his name because he was awesome!) was hilarious and so informative. Time really flew in this class, it was such a joy. You get to pick out molds of different shapes and designs at the end to make your own chocolate which was really fun. We also stocked up on the energy bars from the store because they were delicious and perfect to get us going for our Inca Trail hike. The store is a great place to get cool souvenirs too. Definitely stop by if you’re in Cusco!

A really fun activity that the kids (11&13) really enjoyed. Our host (Arnold) was very funny and kept the kids actively involved (be prepared to sing!) and explained the entire chocolate process from the bean all the way the finished product. You can make your own creations to take home (quite a bit as well!). It was a great first day activity in Cusco while you acclimatize to the altitude. Would definitely recommend to any age group, including younger kids!

After seeing the Sacred Valley, Incan sites around Cusco, hiking the Salkantay trail, and spending 2 days visiting Machu Picchu, we were ready for something different. This was it! We were fascinated to see how cocoa beans grow, how they are processed for chocolate, and to make some of our own treats. Ana was a fabulous teacher, kept the workshop pace moving, and was lots of fun. While our treats don't look as nice after flying home to the USA that evening, the flavor is still there. I recommend this for anyone looking for a fun and educational experience -- loving chocolate helps.
