The gastronomic guide is in constantly communication with the tourists during all the route, talking by headphones about the history and other factors which has an influence on the tourism and gastronomic development of our country along with the information of the places that the tourist goes (Important streets, monuments, etc.)

The first stop is in “El Chinito” Huarique, where we can taste a diversity of a typical breakfast of Peruvian coast people. We talk about the history of the Huarique, the chicharron and the impact of Chinese emigrant people who came to Peru many years ago and the gastronomic influence that they had on our country, like the products that they bring from Europe and Asia.

Then, we continue to the San Isidro market. On the road the guide will talk about the Kennedy park history, the Larco family, Jose Pardo and the gastronomic history while we ride by the cycling road of the pier. Arrived on the market we talk about the factors and changes that the markets had to passed to be a formal market these days.

On the market the tourist could taste fresh Peruvian fruits like chirimoya, pitaya, tuna, etc. Also we can enjoy the aromas of herbs, see the variety of fish and flowers. If the tourist wants, he or she could buy some fruits or vegetables and cooperate with the local producers.

After that, we go to the Miraflores pier when we take a break to eat some Andinas corn, take photos, etc. On the way we passed the lighthouse towards the paragliding area.

The next stop is in "Seafood" where the guide will talk about the history of the restaurant and the tourist will eat seafood. The next destin is “Cremoladas Curich” where the tourist will taste a big variety of fruit flavours typical from Peru and relate about the history of the Curich family and how they came to Peru. Finishing in Curich we go to the Love park.

This experience will allow to learn about the big variety of ingredients from the coast, highlands and the jungle. With this, the tourist could make sure why Lima is now considering the new capital of the gastronomy in the Americas.
