Visit Dracula's Castle and Peles Castle on a private day trip from Bucharest.

Legend has it that Count Dracula lived in a castle in Transylvania. Surrounded by an aura of mystery and perched high atop a rock, Bran Castle owes its fame to imposing towers the myth created around Bram Stocker's 'Dracula'. Discover the enchanting mountain region of the Carpathian Mountains and the cities of Sinaia, Bran and Brasov.
  • Hassle-free pickup and drop-off from your Bucharest hotel
  • Travel comfortably by air-conditioned car or minivan
  • Learn about the area from an English-speaking guide
  • Visit Peles Castle and Bran Castle
What to Expect
Meet your English-speaking guide at your Bucharest hotel and depart in an air-conditioned minivan or car. Travel to Brasov and embark on a walking tour of the city's historical center. See highlights of the city, including Council Square, Black Church, Citadel of Brasov, Ecaterina's Gate, White Tower, Black Tower, Rope Street, Palace of Justice, and City Hall.

Then head to the famous Bran Castle, built in the 14th-century and known as Dracula's Castle. Pause for a Romanian lunch at your own expense.

Your final stop is Sinaia and a visit to Peles Castle, where you can admire the German renaissance architecture flanked by the Carpathian mountains.

Make your way in your vehicle back to Bucharest. Conclude the tour with a drop-off at your hotel.
