We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to split thanks to the expert and engaging guide service.Jelena brought a wonderful historical perspective, as well as a personal perspective to describing the history of split and Croatia. we highly recommend that you hire her during your visit. To close out our day we had a wonderful seaside lunch at a Michelin star restaurant, which was exquisite.

Jelena meticulously coordinated a custom trip for us. She was such a pleasure to work with! We had several conversations with her in advance to plan out our itinerary and coordinate travel logistics in-country. She navigated within our budget and provided helpful input on our lodging choices. She also coordinated our tour of Plitvice Lakes- so beautiful! Through her, we were connected to a company of drivers that helped us travel from city to city in comfort and within our schedule. All the drivers were polite and considerate. What a wonderful introduction to Split! Knowledgeable, articulate, and extremely personable, Jelena is the perfect tour guide. She made a point of learning the interests of each person in our party of four (history, food, jewelry, etc.) and then tailored her tour accordingly. We worked with Jelena to put together our Croatia adventure and it was absolutely fantastic, we loved our trip. Every one of her recommendations was spot on. We traveled from Split to Hvar to Dubrovnik and she arranged our drivers, our guides in the cities and national parks, our boat captains, and our itinerary. She also supplied a very robust list of restaurant suggestions and helped with reservations. All of the people we worked with were true professionals and we learned so much from them, about the sites we saw but also about their country overall. Jelena herself was our guide in Split and it was so fun to finally meet after months of planning - and of course the afternoon we spent with her in Split was wonderful, visiting the sites and also seeing some off the beaten track spots. Jelena is the absolute BEST tour guide in Croatia!!! She handled everything beautifully from start to finish, every little detail, every possible nuance, the complete orchestration of our trip--including "on time", professional, transfers in clean vehicles to and from restaurants, hotels, activities, etc. And let me tell you...there is A LOT of movement in and around Croatia because of the beautiful islands and mainland activities that you will most certainly want to enjoy! We were able to visit 2 islands, Hvar and Split it in addition to Dubrovnik and managed to see all of the highlights in a quick seven day trip. Everything was seamless and professional. We can't wait to go back and visit Croatia and we wouldn't dream of doing it without the help of this very kind, very professional, very conscientious, very thorough, fantastic tour guide. Highly recommend!!! This was the trip of a LIFETIME.  The country is unparalleled in beauty and Jelena did an INCREDIBLE job curating a trip for our family of four.  My 17 year old son said it was the best family vacation yet.  Every detail (even dinner confirmations day of) was attended to by Jelena.  The local tour guides, drivers, boat captains were all 5 stars and she and her team were incredibly professional.   She planned just the right experiences for us!  The boat trips are not to be missed - especially the one of Dubrovnik (we did 3 in total).  We felt like we were the only people on earth in secret swimming holes. Krka National Park is beautiful however, a bit of a drive from the city center. We knew this beforehand and our driver was fantastic! The highlight of this tour for us was Diocletian’s Palace. Our guide, Emil was very thorough and knowledgeable during our entire tour. Booking with Jelena was very easy and she stayed in touch throughout the process. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Kicking off a 9 day trip in Croatia with Jelena was perfect! We were fortunate to have Jelena take us on a tour of Split and orient us to the surrounding areas. She was engaging, funny, smart and just terrific to be with. I mentioned it was my husband's birthday so she arranged a very special lunch in Split before sending us along to the Brac ferry. In addition to a walking tour, Jelena arranged airport transfers for 6 of us, arriving at separate times, and also arranged for a phenomenal private boat tour of Pakleni islands. What a spectacular day! Prior to my arrival in country, Jelena offered me insights into planning, even though I wasn't booking all of the days with her. She gave me a lay of the land and made so many good suggestions as to how we should spend our time. I am helping friends plan their trip for next summer and will send them right along to Jelena to help make their trip as special as ours was.

Jelena a gem! She is an incredibly knowledgeable resource for all of Croatia. All of her recommendations were perfect!
