Tour to Luxor from Hurghada
From US$120.77
Staying in Hurghada need not mean missing out on UNESCO-listed Luxor—and you don’t need to spend the night there, either. Visit five key highlights of Egypt’s ancient capital with a qualified Egyptologist guide in just one day: the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Luxor Temple, the Temple of Karnak, and the Colossi of Memnon.
What to Expect
Your air-conditioned minivan will collect you from your hotel and drive you to Luxor. Greet your Egyptologist guide and explore the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of many of Egypt’s rulers, including Tutankhamun. Follow this with the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, a tribute to Egypt’s only female pharaoh.
Break for a buffet lunch before you explore Luxor Temple and the vast complex known as the Temple of Karnak. Your last stop will be the towering statues called the Colossi of Memnon, giant sculptures of the pharaoh Amenhotep III. After this, your driver will return you to Hurghada, and your hotel.

Well worth the long journey. Amazing experience !

So pleased we didn't miss this - it was a present for my husband's 75th Birthday, and he absolutely loved it . Indescribable - you have to experience it. We included a short boat trip on the Nile, which was lovely.
