Masada, Ein Gedi, and The Dead Sea from Tel Aviv
US$69.00
Overview
Discover some of Israel’s memorable highlights on a one-day tour that transports you to Masada, the Ein Gedi nature reserve, the Dead Sea, the Jordan River, and Jericho. You’ll have plenty of free time to explore each destination, whether you’re strolling Masada’s ruins or soaking up the sun on a Dead Sea beach.
What to Expect
Get an early start as you leave Tel Aviv for the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea region, making the day’s first stop at Masada, an ancient fortress set high on a natural plateau. Ascend Masada by cable car, and then return to the vehicle and continue to Ein Gedi, where you’ll have time for a short hike through the desert oasis.

Next, enjoy some sun and salt at a private beach on the mineral-rich Dead Sea, with otherworldly views across the lowest place on earth.

From there, head to the ancient city of Jericho, among the oldest cities in the world; make a quick stop before continuing to Qasr al Yahud, believed to be Jesus’ Jordan River baptism site.

After a full day of exploring, this tour concludes with drop-off at your original departure point.
