Day 1: Arriving at Koh Samui
Sawasdee! Meet with Our Guide at the airport. Arriving at Koh Samui, proceed to Big Buddha Temple on Koh Samui. Big Buddha temple allows you to kill two birds with one stone: discover the most notable religious landmark in Samui and enjoy a beautiful panorama from the terrace on which the statue stands. The view to the north is splendid and features the northern coast line of Samui, with Koh Phangan in the background. To the south, you can see planes taking off and landing at Koh Samui International Airport, which is situated right in the alignment of Wat Phra Yai. Then we will visit Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks. Art often imitates Nature, but less common is Nature imitating Art, especially the Art of the Ribald. But in Thailand anything is possible including, on Koh Samui, the natural geological formations known as Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks (the Grandpa and Grandma rocks), which look, respectively, like male and female genitalia. Visit to Koh Samui’s Mummified Monk at Wat Khunaram is an unusual sight yet it offers a unique insight into Buddhist and Thai culture. The monk Luong Pordaeng died in 1973 in a seated meditative position, and ever since his body has been on display in an upright glass case at the temple. Transfer you to check in at Amarin Samui Hotel.
Day 2: Mu Koh Ang Thong
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel to Mu Koh Ang Thong National Marine Park for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing on the beach. This island has a stunning beach and an inland saltwater lagoon called Emerald Lake (Thale Nai). Buffet lunch on boat. We continue to Koh Wua Ta Lab (Closed-eyes Cow Island). If you not tired you can trek to the viewpoint at Ko Wua Talab before relaxing time on the beach. Back to the hotel.
Day 3: Koh Tao-Koh Nang Yuan
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel to Koh Tao-Koh Nang Yuan. Arriving at Mango bay (Aow Muang), is a large bay with a small beach and a reef. Lunch at Koh Tao. Then we go to Koh Nang Yuan. Located north of Koh Tao, the island is a combination of three small islands connected by a three-way stretch of pure white sands, offering a stunning view. The rich marine life, coral reef formation and snorkeling spot are what the island is known for. Back to the hotel.
