The reception girls were courteous & sweet and instantly provided cool towels and refreshments upon our arrival. Once formalities were completed, we were ushered up to our couple’s room for our sumptuous treatment. I had the 4 hands massage (something I've wanted to try), and it was simply outstanding. During my 90-minute treatment I was reminded of images from the Olympic synchronized swimmers, as the two girls worked together to produce an integrated experience that was just heavenly. I would certainly recommend this facility to all. We were so impressed, we returned the next day for 120-minute treatments and were it not for our flight schedule, we'd be there again today!

Quite honestly the best spa we have ever been to. The service from the moment we entered the door was incredible. So much better than any spa in England I have been to. We were treated and felt relaxed from the beginning. We were given warm boots to wear, given tea and got to choose a snack for after. We alaos had traditional loose clothes to wear. We had intensive facial and it was so relaxing and thorough. The best facial ever. The staff are just perfect and so kind. I would come back so many more times if I am ever in Da Nang

The service at Herbal Spa is absolutely fantastic. The girls at the reception are extremely attentive and check every detail before. The staff is very skilled, at the end of your treatment you even get some tasty nibbles. It rained when we left, and the staff gave us raincoats for free.
