Highly recommend! Beautiful views and the food was excellent. We even asked for 1 person to have gluten free and no seafood and they somehow managed to deliver a delicious course. We’ve been twice already and already planning our third.

The dinner cruise was absolutely an experience! The hospitality and dinner were of an outstanding quality. The boat itself gives you a great view on the island. The facilities were also good. So we give this cruise the highest possible rating and wish the family all the best with facilitating many more fantastic cruises!

My trip was begun with the assistance of UME travel and their coordinator, Eva Wang. She worked with me on the itineraty and selected two excellent guides, Shirley and Rachel. The vacation would not have been as enjoyable if I had had to do it without any help

Hotel was excellent, really enjoyed our stay. Lasantha one of the managers was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Recommend the beach restaurant, excellent curry and food, shout out to Atul who was very friendly and made our evening very enjoyable. Can’t wait until our next visit.

We hired a small boat for around 30 of us. Nothing spectacular. Just cruising around. Quite boring actually. Nothing much too see around.

An excellent floating dining experience. Included sashimi, oysters and beef which we cooked at our table. Drinks available and I had a nice white wine. While being winter, the sea was perfectly calm as we traversed through oyster farms and saw a shrine. Picked up and returned from Ono-ura which is about 33 minutes from Hiroshima station. Highly recommended as a unique experience.

This was so much fun & delicious. The children loved it too. They separated the group so our entire class was in English. Absolutely recommend. I thought it was great value as we all couldn’t finish our meals . Very close to Hiroshima Stn so very convenient location. I booked directly with Otafuku & their communication was excellent.

On 29th September we booked and paid for a SUP tour to the Torii Gate to take place on 30th October. We had only 9 days in Japan and decided to dedicate one to Miyajima Island to get the iconic photo. On 30th we had to get up early to travel to the meeting point and our guide failed to turn up!!! We called the helpline number on the booking document, which was in English, and no-one answered, despite it being Monday morning just after 10am. We tried the booking agent, Facebook and email and asked for the bilingual help of staff at the ferry terminal. An hour and a half later, we received a message saying the guide was not coming. We replied saying we would accept a Japanese guide as we are experienced on paddle boards, but they said it was too late by then for the tides. The next day we flew home to the UK. Attractive Japan refunded our money quickly but they had wasted a day of our precious holiday and left us frustrated and very disappointed. They offered us a discounted trip "next time we were in Japan", which was, quite frankly, an insult.

WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Room was great and very clean. Staff very friendly... They put on a great meal for dinner time ... The breakfast meal was just as wonderful... i would rate the experience as a 10 out of 10...

A night to be remembered, Yasu is a kind and interesting guide. We felt we had the whole bay for us. And the fireflies overpassed our expectation. Best kayaking ever on a beautiful sea. Will do again!

Yasu was an incredible guide and very interesting conversation partner. Despite the bad weather on the day we still were able to kayak up to the shrine and back. We then had lunch in a traditional restaurant he recommended. Later in the day after some torrential showers he was nice enough to give me a ride to Fukuyama. Tomonoura is a special little town with a lot to offer. Recommend you visit the shops and streets as well as the old house where they used to produce homeishu! I can only imagine how amazing it may be with better weather!

Great hands-on experience to create your own custom glass design. Patient instructor with clear English helped us improve in a single session, with a personalized memento at the end.

At sunset, kayaking was an entertaining and original way to get close views on popular spots of Tomo No Ura. Our guide introduced us in English every one of them - including locations inspiring Miyazaki for Ponyo on the Cliff animated film, Benten-jima - all around Sensui-jima. Then at twilight, we paused at a beach waiting for the sea fireflies to show. And surprise: there was also bioluminescent plankton into the sea! Magical

2 lovely staff helped us get organised, providing a locker for valuables and waterproof pouch for phones. Easy to use double kayak was ready on the beach a short walk away. We were able to paddle right under the gate and take lots of photos. The instructor also took some and air dropped them immediately on our return to the shop. We stayed for iced coffee and cake, because the base is also a very pleasant cafe and shop.

This workshop was so fun. The instructor explained things well and gave us time to practice before we did our glasses. A unique experience. We love that we now have a one of a kind souvenir from Japan. I highly recommend this class.
