Our driver, Kamil, picked us up right on time and with our tickets! He was very easy to communicate with in English or Russian, very kind. He brought us right to the ballet entrance, showed us where he would wait with the van and was ready and waiting with a warm van (perfect for winter) to take us back to our hotel. The ballet itself, Swan Lake, was amazing! The hosts even moved us up a few rows for better seats. We wore masks and felt very comfortable watching the performance and being inside. Very highly recommend!

Katherine was our guide for the trip. She was extremely flexible and lot of fun. She took us around St Petersburg and showed us the attractions. She also explained the history of the different monuments to us. Language is a huge issue and she helped us navigate the city so that the next few days we were comfortable .. nizay her manger was also very helpful and he guided us with bookings for other attractions. The whole crew of my tour was very helpful and understanding. I travel solo so I need lots of personal attention, and they gave it to me! Guide was able to change some plans in our day and driver made a couple of additional stops so I could get specific gifts for my family and see some really sweet local attractions. I booked in the tour with this company on June of 20th before the situation with coronavirus. I wanted to show St Petersburg to my parents. They are dreaming about it for a long time. I kept a wary eye on events in the world during last two weeks, and I made a conclusion, it was better to call of the tour, because I didn't want to risk parent's health, and if to be honest I doubted that the little-known company would reimburse fully. One of the managers Nayaz answered to my wish to call of the tour before long and during the week I was reimbursed fully. I'd like to thank for a such customer approach. We had a wonderful city trip with this guys. Kindly and calm driver. Guide who told us a lot of interesting facts about Saint Petersburg and recommend some good places to eat. We saw Hermitage and Catherine Palace. Highly recommended for small groups.

My guide Katherine and driver Roman were excellent hosts. They were courteous and very considerate especially since I was having knee issues. We had one bump in the road due to the Presidential visit to Peterhof Palace which was closed and my team reciprocated by taking me to the Peter and Paul Fortress. The Cathedral was exquisite. The history fascinating. Katherine was very well informed and spoke impeccable English. They gave me an opportunity to take photos of different building. I had a fabulous tour of the City’s museums, churches and subways. Lunch was exciting too as I tried Borscht soup and it was very tasty. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see the highlights of St. Petersburg. I hope you get Katherine and Roman to guide you. A memorable vacation that’s unforgettable.

We booked a tour with this company to visit Catherine palace with skip the line tickets. On the day of the tour the guide said that the company failed to buy the special entry tickets for this tour and we had to stay in line like everybody else. There was a line of Russian travelers and people who come on there own and it seemed not fair that having paid for a private tour we had to wait with everyone else in the same line. The waiting time we spent on the street to enter the palace was 45 minutes. Plus there was a line to start the excursion inside. All in all about 1,5 h of waiting instead of the promised skip the line tickets. In this time we could see something else instead of loosing our time and money. Disappointed.

We were on a cruise.The car and the guide, Maria, picked us up on time. both were extremely helpful and did everything to make us comfortable and happy. Maria's knowledge was extraordinary. We certainly recommend City Tour

it is hard to call this tour interesting or educational... the guide (a young man) was mostly talking about his personal life as to where he does shopping, eats out, and drinks with friends on weekends and so on much more than anything about the neighbourhood we were moving through. I can understand getting personal but it just felt too much when 'the guide' frankly admitted having some fun at a bar last night and having to take a comfort stop 15 minutes after the tour start... for any question we were given 'an opinion' on the subject rather than any historical data and we had to later find it out ourselves. we signed up for a cultural tour to actually learn about the culture and history of the city but it seemed more like a day with a local who tells u a bunch of funny stories and gossips pointing out his fave places in the city. if I was willing for such tour from the beginning, I would better go for a pub crawl... it would probably be with the same guide working for that though...

Choosing a tour in St Petersburg do your homework better and choose a better company. What a poor English language our guide had! We couldn’t understand a word because of the heavy accent and we missed at least 70% of all information. On the day of the tour, we had to wait for the guide who was at least 10 min late. That would be okay if the rest of the tour went fine but her poor English language made us regret booking this tour from the first minute. We will have to come again to this city to repeat the tour in a better way with a real professional guide.

Ekaterina and Roman were amazing! Katherine was friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to the main places and then off the beaten path to some really cool local places as well. It felt personal and was a phenomenal experience! Roman even went out of the way to get us to an errand. We highly recommend this company.

Traveled with my elderly mother, sister and significant other, all Spanish speakers. We had Maria as a tour guide and Roman as our driver. Maria spoke perfect Spanish and was very knowledgeable and nice. She made our experience in St. Petersburg unique! Roman was a very careful driver and helped my mother at all times. Awesome tour, covering the Petergof Gardens, Pavlosk and Catherine’s Palace! Nice pace, very easy and convenient by car, no lines and very knowledgeable guide! Would recommend to anyone as a perfect day trip from St Petersburg and an easy and convenient way to see three spectacular attractions! Well worth the cost to see the amazing gardens and palaces!
