    Monumental Riooff!
Monumental rip-off. This pass ‘grants’ access to a substantial number of ‘attractions around ŌSAKA. The problems start when you arrive at KIX airport late and are unable to collect the pass because the ticket office is closed. And the ‘fun’ continues! Klook’s staff are broadly unhelpful being unwilling /unable or just don’t care enough to be interested in giving a refund, or even half the refund on a two day pass because by the time you can get the paper component of this paper and electronic combo (rail part is paper, rides” pass -are a QR code), the best part of a day is lost. So that’s day 1 of a two day pass gone. Ok. So you think let’s plan day 2. How many of the attractions can you see in a day when most of them are an hour one way from mid city ŌSAKA?! Basically, this is a confusing rip-off that at >AU$40 for two days should be avoided. If I ever come back to ŌSAKA (unlikely) it won’t include one of these tourist traps.

    Misleading opening hours
The park is advertised as closing at 8 but this is dubious at best - all rides, eateries and even arcade machines stop at 6.

    A Gem
We went on a guided tour of this, but you could easily get a taxi and do it independently. But it is well worth seeing. You enter into the underground headquarters through a sequence of tunnels, hug out by hand. You understand how persecuted the Japanese people were by there own Naval and Army. They were made to help and support, fight and commit suicide if capture was a possibility We’ll worth a visit

    Excellent Service.
Excellent service, comfortable seats, reasonable price and ON TIME! Highly recommended. It is right at the airport, easy to find with well marked signs to follow. On the way back the stop was easy to find and convenient.

Unhealthy KEISEI bus allowed to run
Very bad experience. Now on an aircon Keisei Bus at 11:00 am , from YCAT to Narita. Passengers complained of discomfort in this hear to driver who said it was out of order. So, why did the bus company allow the driver to proceed? No countermeasures, no apology. Nothing. Worst ever service I have encountered in Japan. Shameless !!!!! Bus number H132020, Chiba Eigyousho, Car Number 5390 Chiba 200 が2581. Keisei Bus.

    Good value for money.
Bought Hakone freepass for 3 days. Bought the pass in Odawara. Smooth with a pass that applies to transport up to Hakone and then all buses but also ropeline and ride on the pirate ship. Good value for money.

Good, reliable service at a reasonable price
I did my research and arriving, late evening, at Narita Airport I would be too late for the train service and I didn't want the expense of a car service (Uber or Taxi) and this was the next option. It was excellent value (especially compared to a taxi!) and the bus was punctual, clean and had lots of room with regular services so you don't have to rush to try and get to the scheduled bus (unless it's the last one!). When you buy your ticket (at the service desk), you are allocated your seat so you know where you're going to be sat and it'll not be overcrowded. The staff take your suitcases and stow it away for you and, like an aircraft, you take your 'cabin' bag with you and can store it above your seat. Your seat has a drop-down table and a power socket so you can use your electronic devices and/or charge them. It also has a light and is well ventilated with a toilet at the back of the bus. It took me 50 mins from the airport to Shinjuku Station and although not the worst journey I've had, it was a long drive - especially after a long haul flight when all I wanted to do was get to my hotel for something to eat, a shower and a long sleep. All in all, an excellent service and I used it to get me back to the airport at the end of my holiday. Definitely recommend this.

Very efficient & easy way to go from Osaka to Kansai airport
The bus departs from the Sheraton Hotel Osaka and goes directly to the airport. Ticket purchase is via a vending machine, but it only accepts cash. Staff on hand at the bus departure point take your suitcases and load them on the bus for you; and at the other end you present your case ticket to collect your cases. A very efficient service and much cheaper than taking a taxi. Allow about an hour for the trip.

    Top View Tours Is Terrible
DO NOT USE TOP VIEW TOUR BUSES FOR YOUR NYC TOUR. It's not actually a tour. There are no actual guides and they handed out headphones as if there was going to be some sort of recording but then only played music. That does not constitute a "tour." We waited for a bus at Battery Park at 5pm after being told earlier by one of the drivers that they would be coming by every 10 minutes until 7pm. The bus that came was too full and we waited for the next one. That one came and the driver got into an argument with a passenger who wanted to cut in line saying that her mother had a disability. The driver told her, "you're not getting on this bus and now because of you, neither are these other people." She drove off, leaving us all there. We waited another 15 minutes and no other bus came. We ended up giving up and taking the subway. Why did we pay over $200 dollars for rude drivers and no tour guides? Total rip-off. Use another company!

    Quick, easy, on time
I loved this train ride. I had an 8-hour layover at Narita Airport and I wanted to see a bit of Tokyo. This train sped me into town and let me out at the Keisei Ueno station, where there's a huge park with a Zoo and several museums and a temple and lovely restaurants. Plus, this train allows credit card purchases (which other destinations don't).

Terrible experience. Do not go. Operator didnt show up
The park itself is great but this bus service is very unreliable. the bus times are not accurate and they dont pick up when you call. I ended up going to the island myself AND had to buy the ticket on my own. Im still waiting for my refund. Do not use this service

    Summer fun in Ellicottville
What a great time at the base of the mountain listening to great music. Holiday Valley is fantastic in winter and summer. Also, that's for the nice experience of being able to bring your own coolers with food and drinks.

    Very convenient and reliable service
The airport limousine service to Shinjuku area was excellent. The service was punctual and reliable. The bus was very new and seats were very comfortable too. Bus temperature was just right. It is more convenient than Narita Express to me. Highly recommend!

    Problems downloading ticket ...
We purchased 2 x Adult and 1 x youth (17) for the Sky Tree via Tripadvisor. After trying numerous ways to download the youth ticket (email, tripadvisor, different devices), we asked the sky tree staff for help. They couldn't and told us to just buy another. We rang the number on the confirmation email - which rings though to China and wasn't answered. My recommendation ... don't purchase skip the line through Tripadvisor. As for the Sky Tree, for a cold, rainy night, we still had a relatively good time. There weren't a lot of people there and there were no queues for the lifts ... which made the benefits of a "skip the line" ticket obsolete. The lights of Tokyo managed to shine though the rain, the only saving grace of the visit to the Sky Tree.

awesome solo day out
Jan 2020 • Solo
I think I picked a good day to go - I went to the park by myself and pretty much went on all the rides in 3 hours from park opening, even the kiddy ones haha!

There was quite a few people I saw that went solo which didn’t make me feel alone, even though I was alone.

I thought the food was expensive and I saw more people buying snacks than an actual meal.

But overall I recommend it!

So not worth it
Feb 2020 • Friends
Such a disappointing experience ... Went in early February, thought there wouldn't be that many people but I was wrong. Well, that was my mistake!
But honestly, for the rest, it was just a disaster. Some of the attractions were closed, and as a matter of fact there aren't that many attractions, so when you close 2 of them, there's not much left to do. Food was incredibly expensive for how it tasted (even KFC would taste better than what we had at the 3 Broomsticks for lunch), and entrance fees are clearly way too much for what USJ has to offer. I'm French and I live close to Europapark, which is clearly cheaper (almost half price), much bigger and much better. I appreciate the effort they did at USJ for the sets/decor, but that's definitely not worth paying 75€.
Worst of all, there was that attack on titan attractions we wanted to do, it wasn't even 6pm (park close at 8pm), and they refused us the entry because "it's closed for everyone who hasn't payed extra fees". Shame on you USJ, closing 2 attractions and then asking to pay more to get to do the few ones that remain??
Last of all, we wanted to see the parade, to try and make things a bit better, but there was no way to know when it was. Not written anywhere, the staff couldn't answer my questions, so we waited half an hour and then decided to leave (7:15pm).
Overall, it was a very very disappointing day ....

Request for Refund of Universal Studio Day Pass as it has no QR Code
Jan 2020
Hi TripAdvisor/Viator, JTRWeb Limited.

We went to Universal Studio only to find out that the confirmation email with downloaded ticket that you provided us has no QR code. Because of this we need to buy another set of tickets. I paid USD$157 for a Studio Pass and became useless because of no QR code.

I request for a refund for Book Ref: BR-770796190, Tour Operator: JTRWeb Limited. Such a waste of effort and money!

Regards,
Ghigs Lagman

Bad Service from Trip Advisor
Dec 2019
I purchased 4 pcs of one day pass at Universal Studios Singapore thru Trip Advisor but unfortunately, we were denied to enter because the date indicated in the e-ticket was WRONG!!!!

I ended up calling Trip advisor through long-distance call and it caused me $200!!!! It took me more than 30 minutes talking to their call center agent and in the end, I need to purchase new tickets at the gate. What if I don't have extra money on hand? What will happen to my supposed to be happy holidays in Osaka?

Although they processed my refund, the service was really, really POOR. I will never purchase through Trip Advisor again!

Amazing Solo trip.
Feb 2020
Had an Amazing time. Went in February so the queues were really short. Was a bit disappointed that they only had two Harry Potter themed rides but my fault for not checking beforehand. The two rides were brilliant however and I'm not ashamed to say I got emotional seeing Hogsmeade and Hogwarts.

The rest of the park was just as good, Shrek 4-D was particularly good.

Complaint about Trip Advisor
Jun 2019 • Family
Hi,

I'm from Malaysia and i book Universal Studio Japan ticket from Trip Advisor on 27 May for my Japan trip. My booking number is 1107379184 and i received an email told me that i will received the ticket pass 24 hours before the actual day.

But when i arrived Japan, i didn,t received any ticket which i should received it on time. In the email it stated 'If you have questions about your tour, contact the tour operator: JTRweb Limited +86 20 6179 0669'

So i have to call this number to get my ticket and told them about my case and provide them my email address in order for them to send to me. Yes, they did sent to me when i called and complaint that i didn't received the QR code ticket but it costs me RM331 which is around 80 USD to make the international call.

May i know why do this happen?

Paid and Confirmed but no ticket received
Very very unset on this tickets purchased all the way came from Singapore and expected to go USJ. Unfortunately, we can't go in due to we never received the QR Code and the USJ staff unable to help us on this. We tried to contact the customer service. But no one getting back to us, and the information showed that we can't have any refund on this. It's a spam or?
Hopefully, TripAdvisor people look in to this.
I really hope that i can get my refund.

Thanks

Do not purchase ticket on this platform
I make a purchase and received an email said that Tickets to the park will be email within 24 hours. But I didn’t received one after 24 until I made an international call to JTRweb, a Chinese company about the tickets. They send me an hour later, which took almost 48 hours. Please avoid this platform and book somewhere else.

Trip Advisor failed to cancel ticket
Apr 2019
I waited over a week for tickets as the order was pending the providers approval. On Sat 6th of April I cancelled the order stating I would buy tickets at the gate and had confirmation from Trip Advisor that cancellation was received. The next day they confirmed the order and debited my account without authorisation to proceed. The tickets issued did not have a QR code and therefore not valid tickets. I then had to spend another $270 to purchase tickets at the gate, which is what I stated I would do in the first place to Trip Advisor on the 6th of April. I have had to resort to writing a complaint here because Trip Adisor don't reply to requests sent through. They have ignored my correspondence on the 6th and the 12th of April. I would like a Refund, or I will be going to my bank for one. I have enough evidence for my bank for them to charge it back.
Universal however is great and I Highly recommend it! Just make sure you are sold valid tickets with a QR code or get there early and buy at the gates.
