- 177rogern0 contributionsGreat kayak experienceA wonderful way to spend 4 hours on the water. Despite the unexpected turn in the weather, we had an amazing time kayaking around a couple of islands and swimming/snorkeling in a cove. Pjero was an excellent guide and made sure we stayed safe and gave us background/history on the area. I highly recommend this tour if enjoy kayaking or thinking you will enjoy kayakingWritten September 14, 2024
- Z58RTdrews0 contributionsWould recommend to anyone visiting! This was one of our top experiences on our trip to Croatia. We had a small group and we made a couple of extra stops and saw local landmarks and got some history of the island. Our guide was a local to the island and we loved hearing the stories he had. Our “local snack” could easily qualify as a meal and was one of the best charcuterie boards we have ever had. We also got 3 different wines all were very good! Would totally do this tour again!!!Written September 7, 2024
- 627fannib0 contributionsbest holiday experienceIt was just an amazing tour. My partner and I had booked the day before and to our great delight we were the only ones there, but despite this, our guide kept the tour to just 2 people. He told us the important things to know about the techniques at the beginning and we were on the water. Even with zero experience we had kayaks that were easy to control with life jackets. During the trip we stopped numerous times to talk to our very nice guide who told us a lot about the country, tourism, economy, so the tour was not stressful. The 4 hour tour was an unforgettable experience, I recommend it to everyone!Written September 5, 2024
- jamiewB7967MH0 contributionsExcellent wines, food and viewsDamir was a fantastic tour guide! This trip was one of the highlights of our 2 week vacation in Croatia. The Trek bikes were in great condition and even the seats were changed to suit the rider. Damir taught us a lot about the local area and wines; he was so easy to chat with. We biked to a church high on a hill, then to the winery. Once we arrived, we had time for a swim and then headed to the wine tasting with a generous charcuterie board. It was a hot day so we had lots of breaks in the shade. We enjoyed the beautiful views, wines, and food. I highly recommend this experience! Thank you Damir.Written September 2, 2024
- BSGH0 contributionsFull day sailing excursionMy husband and I booked a full day sailing trip with Korcula Outdoor. This was a working sailboat with a captain (Milijenko, who was fantastic - so generous with his local knowledge and sailing expertise). Ivana from Korcula Outdoor organized everything for us for the trip, including proposing several options for a lunch stop to meet our taste and budget. Ivana was so generous with her time, she even helped us book an olive oil tasting elsewhere on the island. I can’t recommend her and Korcula Outdoor enough!Written July 6, 2024
- 296debraw0 contributionsEnjoyed the bike ride / wine tastingReally enjoyed the bike ride and wine tasting with Mislav. Our group was small (only 5 of us plus guide) and, in addition to the wine tasting, we had a nice bike ride through the countryside, visited a church with a great view, another viewpoint and a 1/2 hour stop at a sandy beach (bring your bathing suit!). The ride itself was moderate (not easy but not hard). We got to taste three wines which were all very good (white / Grk, Rosé, and red). We also had a good-sized and very yummy charcuterie board to snack on during the wine tasting. Overall would definitely recommend this tour.Written June 26, 2024
- 810crissye0 contributionsHighly Recommend!Highly recommend! Mislav was an excellent guide-his knowledge of the area was quite impressive. He made the trip by sharing information and offering suggestions-and he was quite funny/witty! Book the trip.Written June 18, 2024
- SrikanthRaju0 contributionsGreat way to explore the paklinski islandsA chill kayaking expedition to one of the beaches on paklinski. He took us to mlini which is a great beach and not as crowded. He was very helpful throughout the entire trip, our kayak had a minor hiccup with the rudders and he fixed it pronto! We felt very safe sea kayaking for the first time.Written June 12, 2024
- rmbucklin0 contributionsA wonderful way to spend the dayThe bike trip was wonderful. We biked about 10 miles through various terrains and stopped to see the sites. The winery was beautiful with excellent wine and snacks. I would recommend this trip for a fun way to spend part of the day while staying in Korcula.Written May 29, 2024
- jenferg19830 contributionsBetter than we could have imagined!Mislav was an excellent guide; my friend Becca and I learned so much as shared personal anecdotes and histories of the island. The pace was leisurely with plenty of stop offs to catch our breath and learn more about the beautiful countryside. We appreciated his patience and willingness to share his knowledge with us! The grk wine was delicious, light and refreshing. Highly recommend this tour!Written May 23, 2024
- J7518XRhannahl0 contributionsSea kayak tourDespite how windy it was Pjero made the tour feel safe and we still got to explore several of the islands around Hvar. He also took lots of amazing pictures throughout the tour, which was just an added bonus. Highly recommend for the adventurous crowd!Written May 15, 2024
- pdmunder0 contributionsFueled by vinoExcellent tour guide and itinerary. Great wine and food. FYI the ride itself was moderately strenuous with several hills and a couple people in our group were struggling. (Maybe that’s unavoidable with this topography.) That said, this bike ride + wine tour was one of our highlights in Croatia.Written October 19, 2023
- bliss902650 contributionsBike, wine, dineMizlev (sp?) was a an excellent guide, very informative, detailing Korcula culture and some history. He was upbeat, looked after stragglers to ensure they stayed with the group, and allowed flexibility for those wanting to go ahead. The wine tasting (3 wines) was a welcome respite, and paired well with the Croatian appetizers (“merenda”). Bread would be a welcome addition.Written October 17, 2023
- Ken E0 contributionsWonderful way to see outside of Korcula city centerWe had a great time on the bike tour!, The guide was fantastic, the vineyard and lunch snack was great, and the group was fun. Highly recommend!Written September 26, 2023

We had a great time on this tour. It ended up being just myself and my 14 year old son as no one else had booked. Our guide was Mislav who was great! He was so knowledgeable and we enjoyed hearing all his stories and facts about Korcula. He was also very good giving us advice about how to kayak together. We visited a deserted island and stopped off at a couple of other places along the way - we were amazed that we kayaked 10K.
I would highly recommend doing this tour as it is a great way to see some of the island. We were picked up and dropped off in the old town which was so convenient.
Thank you for a fun experience 😃

Fabulous morning sea kayaking in Korcula! Ourselves and our 7 year old daughter had a wonderful time within a small group of around 9 of us. Damir was a brilliant guide and explained everything really well (we were first-time kayakers) and took us to some beautiful places. He was kind to our daughter, giving her a small-sized paddle. The water was warm and crystal clear and we had chances to snorkel (equipment provided) and swim. We kayaked around 10km over the course of the morning and loved every minute of it. A fabulous way to see the island. We were staying at Aminess Port 9 so starting location couldn't have been better - 3 mins walk from our hotel! Highly recommended.

A brilliant day out! My son (under 10) and I joined a tour led by our excellent guide Mislav, together with a family of 4, who had 2 adult children. We had a double kayak, and even though my son spent lots of time relaxing rather than paddling, the 10km paddle wasn’t too hard (although the way back was probably the hardest bit, as we were going against the wind). We got to explore two of the islands nearby to Korcula, and paddled past a couple more. Mislav took us to a couple of deserted beaches, where we got to swim and snorkel (the clear water and the fish were amazing) and hang out for a bit, before paddling onwards. He was great with my son, showing him lots of the wildlife and sharing lots of local stories, as well as teaching him how to skim stones. As we were paddling, Mislav was full of interesting stories about local history and local characters, and he was a very encouraging guide, giving everyone handy tips to help everyone improve their paddling and enjoy it more. Damir, who runs the company, picked us up from the old town to take us to the start point and back, and he was also really friendly and shared some local Korcula knowledge (e.g. a tip on where the locals eat in Korcula). Like many places in Korcula, payment was in cash only. We were told to expect the tour to last 4-4.5 hours, and it was about 4.5 in the end. We were in Korcula on one of the hottest days so far this year (38 degrees), but on the water it felt much cooler and more comfortable.

We reserved the tour with Pačo only the night before. The next morning we were collected in the old town and driven to the start point of the trip, which is a gorgeous secluded little inlet.
It turned out that only the two of us were booked in so we had the tour to ourselves for the day and Pačo was super flexible.
We took a two person kayak and followed Pačo to a small nearby island Planjak (I think) for swimming and some snorkeling.
Pačo is very knowledgable about the local area and history and shared a lot, including about the Franciscan Monastery on Badija island as we kayaked past. We decided not to stop here and instead continued on to Vrnik island.
On Vrnik, Pačo shared the history of the island and brought us on a short walking tour and showed us areas and pointed out things we would not have found or known.
He also gave us some recommendations for other things to do in Korcula and restaurant and winery recommendations - one of which we visited later in the evening which was fabulous.
The weather was beautiful, sea was amazingly clear and the scenery was absolutely stunning.
We had a fabulous morning with the mix of kayaking, swimming, snorkelling and historical sights. It was a highlight of our stay on Korcula.

We had a brilliant kayak trip round the cost of Korcula and nearby islands. Friendly and knowledgeable guide who adapted the trip to suit the weather and told us all about the area and the local history. Included a couple of stops to rest on Badija and Vrnik - the latter to see the old quarry which was interesting. Beautiful views and a great way to get a different view of these stunning islands.

Miklav is the man. Fun, easy paddle through amazing, changing vistas, all on “island time.” Un-rushed, interesting storytelling about local culture, personalities, life and lifestyle in and around these archipelagos. Well planned stops along the way - we were fortunate for weather, tide and timing to visit a small village with a short hike to a historic quarry dating to Roman times. Great experience.

We reserved the tour only the night before on a bit of a whim. We were met promptly in the old town and driven to the start point of the trip by Pancho who gave us some local history along the way. It turned out was only us so we had a tour to ourselves!
The weather was perfect, though the sea is a little cold still in May so we decided not to do any swimming. We had a briefing on the kayaks and then set off around the nearby islands.
Our guide was very knowledgable and personable. He shared the history of the islands as we paddled and we stopped on a couple of islands to walk around. It was great to be able to chat and ask questions as we went and we had a wonderful time. Also gave us some good recommendation for other things to do in Korcula and even shared some local grapa with us when we finished.
The sea was amazingly clear and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Also being May there were no crowds. Can’t think of a better way to have spent our time and would highly recommend this tour.

What a great experience. Patcho put us at ease in the Kayaks and then lead us across the bay to Badija, onward to Planjak Island and a stop to snorkel.
Afterwards onwards towards Lumbarda and round Vrnik to a stop off at a local bar.
Guided back to Korcula. Great personal service and a guided tour included on route.
