    What to Expect
This afternoon tour begins with the traditional Indian breakfast of paranthas at the famous Gali Paranthe Wali, a street lined with number of shops which serve traditional Indian bread of diverse style and taste. Sample a few varieties that are stuffed with potato, cauliflower and peas, like aloo parantha, gobhi parantha and matar parantha, .

Proceed to try the sweets of Delhi, with the first offering of the traditional Indian ice-cream called kulfi. Sample rabdi faluda, the must-taste drink with vermicelli noodles. At the Old Famous Jalebi Wala, revive yourself with the luscious plate of hot jalebis, a sweet pretzel. Annapoorna is one of the oldest and most famous sweet meat shops, which we will stop by on this tour. Taste sohan halwa papdi, pista samosa and badam burfi, which are deliciously sweet desserts that are samples of heaven on earth.

Old Delhi is most certainly a paradise for non-vegetarians. The authentic Mughal cuisine serves various non-vegetarian dishes that would please your taste buds. The smell of fresh fish, aromatic kebabs and fried chicken is always in the air. Vendors sell kebabs and tikkas (made of buffalo meat) wrapped in paper thin rotis called the rumali rotis.

Meat dishes on this tour consist of mutton burrahs, mutton korma, shammi kebab and the shahjahani korma. The traditional chicken item of the Mughals is tandoori chicken, which is still available with many new forms of it. Butter chicken, reshmi kabab, and murgh musallam are delicious chicken, mutton and buffalo meat items that are soft and juicy. Allow them to melt in your mouth and let the taste hit your tongue, allowing for ultimate relaxation in the streets of Old Delhi.
