Booked a 3 days tour of golden triangle form this company. It is one of cheap and best company for traveling. Behaviour of Mr arvinder is too good. He is too friendly. We enjoyed too much in this golden triangle tour. I will always prefer this company for further.

I will never recommend this travels to anybody, it was a nightmare because of the driver Jaspal and his owner Shamsher Singh. . I traveled in Feb with my parents taking the Golden triangle tour. The driver was rude from Day 1.He kept throwing Tantrums for everything and passing comments. He would often rush, despite telling my mom had knee pain. He would argue a lot, even to take us for a short drive for dinner away from the hotel, so we had to take our own transport. Despite, discussing with the Vendor he denied taking us to Chandni Chowk. Similarly, on the last day due to miscommunication with the Vendor and travels, there was a balance of 500Rs pending. The driver informed and I told him, it’s all paid and then his owner, started harassing and shouting at us middle of the road, stating they will not move the car until the money is paid. Though, I tried explaining him that we will get it sorted before the trips ends, he did not budge. The driver did not drop us @ Hawamahal also. Both of them refused to drop us to the airport as well. This was a horrendous experience and embarrassing situation to go through, being stranded in an unknown city with parents. It spoilt the entire trip , as I took my parents 1st time in a flight for a best experience and these people ruined it

As soon as we told our agent about India holiday our guide Raju started to work on it and we didn't have to do a thing apart from paying our air tickets. he organized all our hotels and all tours we were 24 of us all families and friends. We visited south india and North we had a great time with Raju. He never left us alone for a month. We enjoyed our holiday and every thing we dreampt of in india happend. Thank you Raju we had excellent time with you. Highly recomend Hemkund Travels and their tour guide. We had a great time

Our tour guide Arvinder Singh(Raju) is an excellent and very down to earth person with a very positive attitude. He made our trip an exciting and adventurous one. There was not a single issue that he could not fix . Also our journey by roads was made very lively. From day one Raju didn’t leave our sight even in the hotels. We were 24 of us in our team which was quite difficult, but he managed very well with a positive attitude. This was my second tour with him and I am very happy to refer him to anyone. He is like a family member. Raju will go out of his way to fulfill your request. Also he had good knowledge of the places we visited and some areas where he wasn’t sure he had organised a tour guide. I had just completed a trip of 6 nights and 7 days covering Rishikesh-Haridwar-Vrindavan-Mathura-Gokul-TajMahal-FatehpurSikri-Delhi, yesterday with Hemkund Travels. They had provided me a good Toyota Etios car for 3 adults (my parents and myself). Driver was Mr. Om Prakash for the entire trip. I must admit that starting from the day of my first email sent to Hemkund till the end of the tour , everything was hassle free. Mr. Om Prakash,our driver, is a good, helpful and friendly person. He guided us wherever it was required like where to avoid the pandas in temples, which route to follow etc. I will highly recommend this travel company to any travellers who are keen to explore North India. This trip was truly a trip of a lifetime for me, my family and the friends and families we travelled with. We all had different tastes of sight seeing which made our dreams reality. Not only did we see sights we dreamed of our whole life but we also enjoyed the company of each other. I got to experience everything close up and personal. Our guide Arvinder Singh (Raju) made sure that each and every one enjoyed their trip due to his special attention to our requests. Seeing Mumbai, South India (Kochi , Alleppey(we enjoyed the house boat) Munar tea plantation, Rameshwaram, kanyakumari), North India (Delhi, Amritsar, Haridwar, Agra, Jaipur). I experienced the town and culture of India which was truly eye opening. I don't have enough good things to say about this tour. Well organized, educational and most of all, fun! We don't usually take tours, but this one made us feel like we hit the jackpot. Excellent!”

We booked our recent trips with Raju-ji. The trips were well organised and the odd time we had a few minor hiccups with third party suppliers (no fault on Raju-ji’s part) then Raju-ji was able to quickly find alternatives. No request was too big or too small.

Four of us visited India from the 14th of December to 2nd of January. Raju is an honest, trustworthy and reliable tour guide/driver. We drove to Amritsar where we visited the golden temple. We did Gabfa arti at Haridwar and had a wonderful tour of Rishikesh. Tour to Rajasthan was amazing. Raju makes sure that we are looked after by professional tour guides at places of interest such as The Tah Mahal and temples in Mathura. Raju has 18 years of experience in tour and travel industry and provides superp service to his guests. He keeps necessary first aid and handy medication for his guests. Raju is funny and has a great sense of humor. Raju accompanied us to Cochi, Thakkaddy and Alleppy. He has reliable tour guides in South India and Mumbai.
